Great tool! Prior to using JobScan, I applied to about 30 jobs and landed 1 interview. Afterwards, I tailored each of my resumes to jobs I applied to using this tool and got about 10 interviews from the 20 applications I applied to, resulting in 2 offers! JobScan helps your resume talk to robots as opposed to humans, which leads to a human actually reviewing your resume.
