They could improve the industry selection. Other than that, charm of a service. You upload your info and your CV. Then they write a little cover letter for you and match you with recruiters. When they are done giving the recruiters your information they send you a report showing which recruiters are working with you.

Avoid at all costs! I have just received the most disgusting cover letter introduction I have ever seen after 5 days of supposed work, it was embarrassing!!!! It had spelling errors, senseless word flow, whoever wrote this cover letter, is in desperate need of English lessons. They promised an expertly written cover letter which would be distributed to recruiters, I feel humiliated that this cover letter as gone to almost 60 recruiters. I now have to contact all these recruiters to apologise & resend a new cover letter.

Applied for work in England in accounting. They send you a report with all the recruiters that were matched to you. I didn't take the time to review all of them - most seemed good, but there at least two that were in different industries than what I requested.

I'm a recent college graduate and placed an order to find work in design. Their customer support emailed me explaining the service isn't good for "freshers" since recruiters have a hard time finding opportunities for people with no experience. They suggested coming back after I have at least two years experience. They refunded me in full without me even asking.
