February 28, 2021 Mohamed, Thanks for your feedback. Your recent order was for CV Editing. You had a substantial and helpful discourse with our writing team and we hope your new CV is useful for you. You expressly communicated that you wished to pursue recruiter outreach in addition to the work on your CV. You insisted we do this despite our guidance that the job market in the country and industry of your choice is very difficult at this time and unlikely to yield results. Nevertheless, you demanded this service and we provided the service per your wishes. Your previous orders with us were much more successful and did result in recruiters interacting with your CV as you can see in your recruiter outreach reports in your account at your convenience. Best Wishes, Job Nexus Support

Hey Richard, We appreciate you taking the time to give feedback. Consider that firstly, the service your selected is CV editing which we hope you found to be valuable working 1x1 with our team. For recruiter outreach, while our service has not changed other than new recruiters joining our network, ***the market today is very different*** than it was 14 months ago pre-COVID. Our recruiter outreach, while we succeeded in reaching 42 recruiters for your job search, may still have additional benefits for you in the coming weeks or months as recruiters match you to opportunities. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support

Kaoutar, Thanks for the review. We're glad you found the CV writing valuable. Reviewing your live-updated recruiter outreach report, available to you in your account on our website, since your order was completed roughly 10 days ago: - 42 recruiters received your information including your newly polished CV - 5 of the recruiters have reviewed your information or CV in their applicant tracking systems Our service helps you prepare for recruiters with your CV and get your details into their systems. While we position you well with recruiters, it is ultimately a matter of how qualified you are for open positions and the general employment environment if they choose to take the next step and contact you. Additionally, you may match to a relevant position swiftly or after an extended time frame. It depends on the job and job market. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support
