Being able to test the video and sound was very helpful. The instructions were very clear, the set up was not distracting at all. Very easy to follow through.

It felt like a fair and well-designed way to present myself, and overall, the experience reflected a professional and organised process. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to follow up with the checks on video quality - considering there were minor techincal difficulties that I encountered where my video screen would shut off mid interview, but overall it was a very positive experience.
