We've been using Jobma for over a year now, and honestly, it's been a refreshing change compared to other popular video interviewing platforms we tried before. Initially, we explored a few well-known tools in the market, but most of them either lacked detailed reporting, flexibility, or were overly complex for our day-to-day hiring needs. That’s when we came across Jobma and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. The setup was smooth, the interface is simple and intuitive, and the one-way video interview feature has saved our team a lot of time in initial screenings. Support has also been prompt whenever we needed assistance. And while I’d love to see a bit more depth in the analytics/reporting section, the current version does the job well enough for most scenarios. Overall, we loved Jobma for how straightforward and reliable it’s been. It’s not trying to be everything, and maybe that’s exactly why it works so well.
