JobDuck does not care about their employees, they do not pay according to what they advertise, they do not provide holidays per US calendar as advertised and do not give you bonuses. However, they do pay on time and their staff is friendly but not helpful.

I can say with absolute honesty. I have never worked in a company that cares so much for its employees. We are not treated as robots and are flexible if you need a personal day for family matters; sick leaves and vacations are not an issue, and extra work is rewarded accordingly. Our opinions are taken into account. It does not matter what position you're in. We have growth opportunities as well. I couldn't been happier!

Everyone was so friendly, supportive and kind to me since day 1. I've been working at JobDuck for almost two years now and it's been one of the greatest experiences of my life. My team is amazing and so are my superiors.

The company is doing great, providing feedback and constant follow-ups on our goals.
