Pretty good number of available jobs but employers take a very long time to get back

I enjoy the trivia and opportunities to excel in my coworkers' hard work. The platform is great, but many don't know how to use it or the benefits it offers. It just makes me wonder how many points we don't use, and how interactive is that platform.
