Fast service, great communication. They worked well with me on making some prototypes to insure fit before running the production parts. Very satisfied.

The below took place all on a 6 hour flight. Found out about JMO on reddit Emailed about a print Got quote promptly Paid Print was started before I landed. They have been excellent and responsive and my items arrived very quick. Everything looked great and the tolerances were perfect! I have since placed a 2nd order.

Great prices and quality transaction process. Of the 3 spools of PLA I bought, one of them seemed to have some brittle spots that fractured while printing. I contacted JMO, they responded immediately and after some discussion about causes, they determined that they needed to replace the spool. Even though they were out of stock at the time, they stayed right on it and shipped me a new spool as soon as it became available, communicating with me all along the way. It's not what happens when things go RIGHT with a company, it's how they act when things go WRONG, and JMO Technology is a great example of how to do it right to rectify a problem. I will be buying more from them for sure!

Fantastic time on shipping, great color choices. New to FDM printing and John Olenik has been fantastic to work with. My 3rd print on the machine was a success! I was worried about switching from my test filament to the new JMO filament, worried about temperatures... so I reached out to John Olenick via Facebook to ask a few questions...
