Very hard worker!
The part I send in was first rejected but after some work, I was promised a good print. After paying for the print, John contacted me saying that the print would actually not work but he could fix it with an additional fee. After paying the additional fee I received a broken part in the mail. I contacted John about this and he was surprised and made a huge effort to fix the mistake. He worked many more hours than was necessary to make sure the print was up to standards. I was disappointed at first but John worked really hard to make the print work and did a commendable job in the end. You can tell he cares about his customers and would recommend to someone who wants a quality part.
