I like their product a lot and have used it with great success. For weeks i have tried to order more filament and they are out of stock. They blame it on transportation problems. If they filament is made in the USA how could it be transportation problems? They would get 5 stars with better service.

Hi Glenn, Currently our Standard filament is made in the USA but COVID-19 has caused delays on getting the raw material and other materials in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot control the shipping carriers and with recent weather conditions on top of COVID-19 there have been many delays. We are working as quickly as we can to re-stock and hope to do so in the coming week. Thank you for understanding.
