I finished high school threw this school. I never received any online help with any of my classes. I was 4 months late on starting my classes because my transcripts sat on a desk once this school received them. I had to call everyday for 2 weeks just to get it resolved. Student services got very rude with me multiple times. I always dreaded having to call them for anything. They would put me on hold for hours. Eventually I did get graduated but I feel that it was more difficult than it should have been.

Depending on who you talked to answers to questions were always different told 3 different times had all credits to meet 100 percent completion, unfortunately not the case, multiple emails and voicemails were left with administrative positions with no avail. Finally took it upon myself to take two more classes that were unnecessary to complete graduation, took a full month longer than originally planned. Good news is I am done, worked full time ,completed in 3 years and dealt with major health problems.

Classes themselves were fine and the textbooks were nice, but the customer service was terrible. I could never get ahold of my teachers, when I even had one. Took forever to get a response and even longer to get my diploma certificate. Was hung up on multiple times when I was trying to call for help. Also the website would take a long time to open a new class, so I was often stuck without any class work anywhere from an hour to a few days.

I had no help from teachers. I would email teachers and never hear back from them. No one would help me.

I did graduate but during my course, I would submit my tests to be graded and they would mark right answers wrong. I know this because my sister took the same tests and her answers were right. Same questions, same answers. The only thing different was the timing. I went through the program about a year before she did. They told me I could do 3 assignments to bring my grade up. After the first test I passed, they wouldn't let me do the other assignments so therefore I ended up with a lower GPA. Not happy at all about that! 😡
