Battery time is good...when they charge which is very intermittent. Stopped working in one side after a very short time. Difficulties with Bluetooth connectivity. Definitely would not recommend. Waste of money.

I bought my Jlab Airbuds Pro for a specific reason - their Tile functionality. Jlab neglected to tell me that they had ended their business arrangement with Tile, and so now Tile is useless. I specifically sought out a company that meant I could track my headphones, and now I can’t - because they have disabled the feature. They are refusing to give me my money back. According to UK law, I am entitled to a refund as the product “no longer does what it is supposed to do”. (Google “accepting returns and giving refunds uk law”) I haven’t broken it; no fault of my own has changed the product. They have altered its features. I don’t need it any more. I want my money back. They are refusing.

I asked for support as my new Epic Sport buds will not work on gym equipment when old ones do. Automated email saying I will get a response in 24 to 48 hours - that was 2 weeks ago. I have chased 3 times and nothing

The JLab Go keyboard I bought in the UK is incapable of offering a pound symbol - a fundamental omission. Customer Service suggested various things, none of which worked. After months, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with a solution.

I purchased JLAb earbuds a few days ago and I am very disappointed: there's a constant HISSS in the background all the time, and I don;t mean the pointless AWARE setting, but on all settings what os ever.

Earbuds look great and I have purchased a number. Average life is limited - anywhere between 3 months and a year and a half, not more Customer complaints, ironically called 'customer love' do not respond within the promised 48 hours....I have been waiting weeks despite prompting and have now simply bought elsewhere

Customer service is terrible. My earbuds broke within warranty period and so i contacted them about the issue. At first they seemed helpful and said they would send out new ones.. after giving my adress they flat out started to ignore me and not respond to anything at all. It’s been weeks now, no new earbuds and no response. 10/10 do NOT recommend!

I bought my JLab GO pop+ nearly 2 months ago. They work great (most of the time) but they have started to not charge fully. I've cleaned both the earbuds and the charging case several times but it makes no difference. I have also tried resetting them but nothing I have tried has worked. I'm beginning to feel these were a waste of my money.
