Today is 11 July 2025. I bought EarPods on the 3rd July and it has not been shipped till this day . I emailed on the 8th and no response, I have sent countless dms on instagram and despite them regularly positing stories and interacting with replies they are not responding to me I dont know if the whole business is a scam but I wish I read the reviews before buying . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

This is trash you I can't go more then 6 feet without the connection disappearing what is the point in a wireless headphone if can't leave you phone more then five feet away. Not to mention you can't move you head left or right to crack you neck because it changed you music; which wouldn't be a bad idea if you didn't need to Carry you phone. So I think I will just stick to the cheaper headphone they are basically the same this Bluetooth stuff is not special

It has been over 3 weeks and I have seen no attempt from Jlab to make any movements towards fulfilling their warranty and satisfying their customer. less than a yr my earbuds stop working. 5 mins in both earbuds go dead. Jlab was very responsive in the beginning and made sure they did everything in their power to make you think you're a valued customer. Once you do what they asked to start your warranty claim they disappear and the excuses start. I have reached out multiple times asking what is going on..only to be told passively to basically wait a bit longer or its low stock or some bs excuse with no real solution. I am such a fan of jlab that I even bought another pair while waiting for my replacements...thinking it would show up. At this point I have given up. I truly felt taken. From what I read from other unhappy customers, is that if youre the lucky few they have chosen to honor the warranty you have to pocket out as much money as the item itself. I WONT be DOING THAT. I truly believe the warranty is just a scam to get you to buy. I had Jabra's before and they sent me replacements without issues (3 pairs in a yr). Your customer service needs work like your earbuds, JLAB! shame on you! I will pay 3x as much for other brands if Im treated better. Your customer service department has a future in telemarketing if this doesn't work out for them. :)

I was bought a pair of JBuds Air Sport for Christmas. Just inside the 2-year warranty one of the earbuds stopped charging. No amount of trouble shooting worked. This was replaced for free. The second pair have just become faulty. Seemingly the same problem. JLab are refusing to assist me and just repeat that I am out of warranty. Avoid like the plague. Spend your money on quality products, not this crap.

Do NOT Buy JLab Products – Not in Norway and Not Online I purchased a pair of JLab Epic Sport 3 ANC wireless earbuds from Power, based on a store assistant’s recommendation. I was told that JLab offered the best earbuds for indoor training and that they had a unique return policy in case the product didn’t meet expectations. That turned out to be the first false claim. The sound quality was so poor that I couldn’t even hear a simple podcast during a gym session. The earbuds failed to deliver clear sound and could not block out background noise. As advised by Power, I contacted JLab directly in California. They confirmed I could return the earbuds to the manufacturer, and they would handle it. So I went to the post office and, 114 NOK poorer in shipping costs, sent them off. About a week later, I received an email from JLab stating that they actually do not have a return policy after all. After several back-and-forth emails, I realized I had been speaking with an AI chatbot the entire time. Despite having sent the product to the USA with a valid return number, the system refused to escalate the issue to a human representative. Now I’m left without the earbuds and nearly 1,800 NOK out of pocket. As for Power, their staff clearly don’t know their products or return policies. And JLab appears to have no functioning customer service when their products fail or when you attempt to claim a return. Avoid JLab at all costs – poor quality and no customer support to speak of.

Proper scamming everyone. Jlab and Amazon seem to have a little thing going. The earbuds stop charging after a month. Always seems to be the right one. Which would obviously stop you swapping it if you bought another set if or when they both break. And they make sure you can’t use a different dock to charge. And all this happens just outside the return period) Amazon are fully aware of this but are happy to keep getting their slice. Please go Sony. They offer a year warranty.
