The fast and relThe fast and reliable shipping experience made the whole process a lot less nerve-racking on top of that the bud tastes and smokes excellently and gives an extravagant effect that is very soothing calming and energetic at the same time.

This is a follow up to my post from 2/1/26. As I had gotten a little but disinformation and rudeness from the chat rep today I tried to call. They rarely if ever pick up the phone and their voice mailbox is full. It’s difficult to imagine a clearer indication that they couldn’t care less about customer service than to not check the mailbox on their customer service line. Finally, after an hour and a half I got a rep on the phone. It turned out to be the same one I chatted with who had sent me incorrect information about filing a claim with Route, their insurance company. She was somewhat aggressive from the outset turning to down right rude and then disconnecting the call. My package is now 17 days out from order date, and five days out from the expected arrival date originally sent me, with no further information about when to expect it. They take no responsibility for sending incorrect information about the claim process and in fact today sent the same misinformation again. It’s hard to believe but this company’s customer service is worse than any experience I’ve ever had with a cable company or a phone company. It seems like they sit around testing their product while brainstorming ways to be rude to customers and not provide customer service.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the series of frustrations you have encountered. It is clear that we failed to meet the standards of service you deserve, particularly regarding the difficulty in reaching us by phone and the inconsistent information provided about your Route insurance claim. To set things right immediately, here is the correct procedure for your claim: https://shoppers.help.route.com/hc/en-us/articles/6027109569943-How-to-file-a-claim I understand that a full mailbox and disconnected calls are unacceptable indications of our commitment to you, and I am addressing these internal communication failures with our management team to ensure this does not happen again. Apologies once again!

I was a client of LITfarms.com I was more than thrilled when every single once I ordered can in there own individual boxes with vacuum sealed bags the presentation was beyond anything iv ever gotten at any other dispensary in my life. As far as the quality i ordered Grandflora premium box ounce the flavor was sweat and potent I took 4 hits of my blunt and put it down. Doc 15 was the other strain and OMG WOW WTF JUST HIT ME YOOOOOOOO one hitter all day DAMN!!!!!!! I will be ordering from them from now on premium presentation, premium quality, with I feel like Im stealing prices. This is the best dispensary that delivers out.

We’ve ordered from several online places in the past, Bud, shake, etc. JK Distro has not only exceeded my expectations, but provided better product than anybody. I’ve ordered from online before. Quality taste, and really good bud for the price. The texture and moisture are perfect…no complaints. Can’t wait to re-order…thank you JKD!

This place has legit replaced all dispos and online thca dispos. I've placed about 4 orders all shipped & arrived within 3 days to NY at that. Except this last one arrived on the expected date bc of the storm. The quality of the products I've had so far is beyond impressive, I leave a review every order bc I'm never disappointed. I tell everyone about it & already convinced 2 people to try it out! I'm also very impressed with the prices. You can buy 7g flower for $10-20 I mean can you get better than than anywhere else ?
