I was about to give up on JJhats after multiple disappointing, time consuming weeks, months of trips to the store in Manhattan looking for berets and they were not available! The staff didn't know when they will receive new stock. When I called yhe shop to check before taking the trip to the store,no one answers the phone!!. I asked the sales person about that,I was told that they have bad network signal in the store therefore they are not getting calls. I then had to take trips to the store to check if they have received the new stock and every time I got a NO, Not Sure When, Check Again. POSITIVE: I recently decided to order online The product was shipped from Germany! I sent them a message to expedite the product as I was traveling soon and didn't want to miss the shipment. I COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED and SURPRISED!! JJ HATS sent the product to me with 48hrs via DHL! I am Really thankful and Super Happy! The Product Is Great Quality too! This service has won a client who was about to walk away! Thank you very very much! I will be buying online from now on! Best Service Ever!!!!!

Update: I recently received a very detailed explanation from JJ Hat Center explaining that my messages were accidentally delivered to a spam folder, which is the reason why I didn't hear from them in the expected timeframe. They were very generous in offering a full refund plus a complimentary voucher for a future purchase. I therefore have brought my rating of JJ Hat Center to a well-deserved five stars, and strongly recommending them to any potential purveyor of hats. Thank you!! I have been a JJ Hat Center customer since 2016, and in all of these years I have purchased approximately 25 hats of different styles. During this period, I have always received excellent and timely customer service support (either for refunds, replacements, etc). This was the case up until my latest purchase which has led me to write this (unfortunately) poor review. I placed an order for a Panama Hat on September 21st, 2026. The hat arrived from Germany on the scheduled arrival date. However, and quite regrettably, the packing box used was very flimsy preventing the significant crush that eventually affected the hat during shipment. I immediately notified JJ Hat Center about the issue, and they replied providing me with the option of: (i) full refund or (ii) replacement (with a different hat given that the original model was no longer in stock). I responded with several queries, including a request for the alternative replacement models. I also queried whether I would need to return the crushed hat seeing that I am currently in the US on official mission with many engagements and very little time before traveling back out of the US. After three addtional follow up messages, two WhatsApp messages, and countless phone calls (to an automated service), I never heard back from JJ Hat Center. In my last message, I finally requested for a refund, which still has not been processed. I appreciate that they must be terribly busy, but this level of customer service support is unacceptable for a company of such high repute. And, as I mentioned above, JJ Hat Center's customer service in the past has been impeccable. I can only hope that my experience can help JJ Hat Center return to the excellent customer service that they were well known for.
