i went to the site within the 14days of return to the chat to get return details, the hat box was not the size i needed, chat stated i would get answer with return details and now the 14 days passed and i still have not recieved any information about returning the hat box i even offered to return to order the large hat box and pay the difference but now its March 31st, 14 days has long passed and i still did not get an answer through chat or email.

My return was approved, but no instructions were subsequently sent, as promised, on how to submit the return. I repeatedly wrote requesting that information. I heard nothing back. The quality of the item I purchased was excellent. I just needed a larger size.

I am still trying to hear from you on returning a cap.

Impossible to submit return. It's been two weeks since I ordered a hat - although ordered to my standard measurement (which I re-measured before ordering given the pricetag) it was way too large for me (by 2 cm). I submitted a return two weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed (two emails stating my request was received, another that I'd eventually receive more information, nothing since). This is the most difficult return process I've ever encountered. You've convinced me to never use your site again.

We must return for one size smaller. Please respond with instructions. thank you.

Your return process was really opaque- you sent different emails that didn't capture information shared in previous emails, and I wasn't confident I was giving you the information you needed to process a return.

Hello, I ordered and received a Tarnell Traveler cotton Stetson. When I opened the box I found the hat, wrapped in crumpled brown paper, squashed. The crown was almost flattened to the brim. (I’m not exaggerating) I pushed up on the inside of the crown to bring it back to the original shape, however, it was, and still is, wrinkled in several places. Im not going to go through the hassle to return it. I am hesitant to order another hat from you. Sincerely, Claude Stephens

One of the two hats I ordered is too big and I need to exchange it. I emailed JJ Hat Center as instructed 3 days ago and have not heard back. I called a number they listed and there’s just a message to email. It’s a $250 hat. I have bought so many hats from their shop in mid-town, I thought I could trust them. How disappointing.
