The look and quality of the hoodie was two thumbs up. My son loves it and is always being asked where he got it. I am sure to let them know about your website.

Ordered the D.Va Overwatch t-shirt. It's great quality and a fun design! I initially ordered the wrong size but returning it for the correct one was pretty simple and fairly quick. Thanks J!nx!

Usually everything is perfect. But when it's not your customer service goes above and beyond. I wish all companies modeled after you :-)

I got exactly the product as it was advertised and it came quickly. Truthfully you can't ask for more.

Everything I received looked awesome, but I received the wrong size on one item and trying to return it is an inconvenience.

It took 1 month longer than expected.

I had a few queries that Jinx managed ever so promptly, efficiently, professionally and courteously. In short, their service in this regard was fantastic. In terms of shipping the order, they were again efficient, professional and very informative. All in all, a 5-star service.

No problems with ordering and delivery but... Product itself was a hoodie and the zipper was different from the picture. The zipper is low quality and is difficult to zip up and often comes apart in the middle.
