JReviews of jinx.com

Good store overall. Quality is at times questionable and inconsistent, but for the most part it is accurate.

Great company! My order was shipped promptly, arrived at designated address on the day promised. Can't ask for better than that. Merchandise was for our autistic grandson, (who is a huge Minecraft fan) for his Birthday, and he was extremely happy, still wears the toque. Thank you

Good communication. Accurate lead times. No bull sh!t. Was a great experience.

I ordered a gift card at a moment when the gift card function on the web site wasn't working. Frustrated, I called them and they were great.

I used to love your brand and spend a couple hundred each year but in the last few years you've almost completely moved away from clothes for larger and taller people. If you do have any clothes that fit bigger people, quality always seems to take a hit and/or there is no option for a premium tee. It's a shame because I really love your clothes and feel like you're the only place I can buy decent gaming based clothes from. Going forward, I would really love and respect seeing Jinx taking care of their bigger guys in their fan community.

Some great stuff here, but I'm frequently disappointed when I look at a new design and see there aren't women's sizes available. I want to wear cool things too. :(

Everything I got came fast, undamaged, in nice packaging, and came just as I had ordered it.
