2 month delivery and hidden fees. I cannot recommend jinx store. It took a long time for delivery and after paying for the order and shipment there turned out to be another fee to be paid on top. If you are in the EU consider different stores. @EDIT: I have contacted Jinx and got refunded for the paid fee. The support was quite fast.

the package was great but the content of the mystery boxes sucked. got 5 of the same thing out of 7 boxes. well, i guess that's why they are called mystery boxes.

I used to love the site and was active in the community, but there doesn't seem to be much of that anymore, so I don't visit as much.

Most of what I have ordered was great, BUT I did recieve a shirt with a hole in it. The #worth shirt, I found this unacceptable. Though I overall do enjoy what I have recived. The rest of the time.

Your designs are very nice, but your sizing is always a mess. I ordered a 2XL hoodie as a gift for someone who normally wears XL, and they can't even zip it closed. A complete waste of money.

Nice Tees but the customs charges are ridonculous. Would not recommend to any European.

Product is good, but I was a bit disappointed with the answer I received about item returns/exchanges. With companies such as Amazon setting the standard for customer relations, J!NX will need to step up or risk losing direct sales.

Ordered MineCon T-shirt but it took forever to get here; loses the vibe of being a souvenir. No confirmation or updates as to shipping date, so it was just an interface for the initial order.
