I went to Jin’s with prescription and inquire about a turn around of a distance glasses. The lady I spoke with said “if it’s not oversized they can get it done in an hour”. I asked if she can show me the size of the frame I need to get, in order to take the eyeglasss. Her response was “it all depends on the measurements and suggested to take a look around”. I have never worn any glasses, therefore I don’t know what I’m looking for. There are total of four employees behind the register and the store is empty. Not even one wanted to help me find a frame f”that is suitable to their available lenses. Very lousy service and they’re not even busy. Luckily, there’s lens Crafters who’s more than willing to help their customers and I was able to take home the glasses I need. Jin’s needs to correct their employees work ethics!

I ordered a pair of glasses from JINS Eyewear on October 8th, and it has been an absolute disaster since then. My order has been canceled three times for the same unexplained issue. Each time, customer service has provided no realistic resolution other than “try ordering again” and “we don’t know what’s going on.” There doesn’t seem to be anyone on the support team capable of proper customer support nor do they have a good escalation plan. It’s now nearly Thanksgiving, and after weeks of frustration, I still don’t have the glasses. I’ve been more than patient, but it’s clear that JINS is incapable of resolving whatever problem is preventing them from fulfilling my order. They offered 50% off as a token of goodwill, but what’s the point of a discount if I can never actually get the product? This has been a colossal waste of time and a glaring display of incompetence. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from JINS. A company that can’t even deliver on something as basic as fulfilling orders isn’t worth your money or trust.

I actually had good results with this company in the past. (about 2 years ago). However, my experience in receiving my order is similar to other 1 star reviews: inventory problems, supply problems, and no one answering the phone. I am guessing that something bad happened to the company recently.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I sent a request for frame exchange, it's been almost one week now, still no answer. I contacted their customer service, they said it's forwarded to internal team, and asked me to wait for the internal team to respond, and there is no turnaround time. I tried calling their customer service #multilple times, it's always going directly to their voice mail. I left a message, but nobody gets back to me. I would not recommend it to anybody!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely long email delays. This place has truly circled the drain over the years. Revive program is also a complete failure. They have you sign terms and conditions in the "rare" event that if glasses are damaged they can't be held responsible. After almost 7 months, sent back my glasses completely broken with a paper that says "DENIED" on it. Not even an apology. This has been such a frustrating experience. I will never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

JINS failed to ship my order for over 4 weeks, which they charged my credit card for immediately. They do not provide warning of significant order delays, which they informed could take "4 - 5 weeks to process." This style of inventory management & customer service is unacceptable in today's ecommerce landscape. I am writing this review to warn others of the issue before they place an order with JINS.
