I liked the service, I was kindly greeted upon entry, and cared for until my order was given to me. My order was processed quickly, and since it was my first visit I was directed to the chips, drink dispenser, and told where the lids and straws were. The staff 'on duty' were very engaging and attentive, they showed me that they were eager to make this a positive experience for me. The shop's appearance was clean inside and out. I'll Be Back.

I worked for a Jimmy John's, the General Manager lady who was there for 8+ years was absolutely clueless. For the 5 months I worked there, once I was promoted in my final 2 months, pay only increased by $0.25 from $9.00 starting pay, but when I worked closing shift my pay only crept up to $10.00. I asked for raises several times, and questioned about the discrepancies in pay; I was NEVER shown the financial reports, even as an Assistant Manager. Then randomly, a few days before I quit, the GM (general manager) wanted my key back; so I handed it in, walked out, never went back. However, besides from physically working there, I did enjoy good free meals every day, the subs are delicious. Only go there to eat; never work there unless the pay is COMPETITIVE! Oh and I drove 30 minutes to work every day and got ZERO benefits. First job luck. Heh.

Sandwiches USED to be delicious! I'm in Florida and it seems like some folk here, just don't get it,.Can you please just make the sandwich, the way I ask you? Seems like it's so hard to do.

I like JJs and will order again. However I find it offensive that you charge $2.99 for delivery and then add it to the total along with tax before you calculate tip. Doubling up on tip for an added fee and tax is ridiculous. I adjusted my tip down to what it should be calculated on.

I stop in to get a sandwich at the store on central ave and earl in Phoenix at lunch time. Even with the c Social distancing guidelines, the store was NOT monitoring this people were packed in to the point it made me uncomfortable and concerned about my health. People were less than 3 feet from each other waiting for their food to go. While I love jimmy John’s sandwich I won’t be shopping at this site in the future due to the negligence of social distancing.

I love Jimmy John’s!!! I have zero issue with the owner being a big game hunter because it’s his money and his prerogative. 🙂 What I do have an issue with is the damn UPDATE button used when making online orders. An automatic update after the customer takes the time to customize their sandwich, would be very nice. If you forget to hit update, the sandwich comes As Is and it’s severely frustrating.
