Jimmy John'sReviews of jimmyjohns.com

Jimmy Johns is a restaurant that is consistently amazing no matter what part of the country I have been in. The Delivery is very fast and the food is refreshing and on target every time. They have the cheapest delivery around. No matter what I order even if it's only a sandwich for myself it's delivered with care. My daughter and I order every time she comes to visit.

Great store in San Antonio on silicon drive. I go there for lunch sometimes. I use the drive thru, I don’t think I have ever had to wait more than a few minutes. They have cherry coke on tap there. Nice folks and quick service.

I used to love them and their food but not anymore because I had food delivered to my home a few days ago. Everything was good until today when I checked my bank account and saw they charged me more than what I originally agreed to pay. So I called them and asked to speak to a manager who told me it's possible they could have accidentally charged me someone else's tip. He also said that he wasn't there when I placed my order so I have to call back tomorrow morning to talk to the manager that was there. I don't understand how they could have accidentally charged me someone else's tip days after I had food delivered. I will not be ordering food from them ever again! Edit: After leaving negative reviews and giving them negative feedback on their site, they sent me a $10 giftcard. I was able to order 2 sandwiches along with a side portion of kickin' ranch and a cookie because I also had earned a free sandwich. It took a little over an hour for them to deliver my food but it was free so I'm not complaining. The food was good and I'll definitely order again when I have money.

They make the best tasting sandwiches. I think their bread has a lot to do with it. I love the restaurant style and atmosphere. And yes... They are Freaky Fast!

it lit and the people got bars

You cant expect fast deliveries 100% of the time but the store I go to regularly try their absolute best. Unless you have worked in Retail or fast food before, you wont understand that stores do have staffing issues. Whenever I have an order that is delayed, they ALWAYS call me to keep me updated. It's all about the communication and their communication is wonderful. Not to mention the quality of the food is better than any place I've been before. You guys rock, keep on rocking!

I love love love Jimmy John's! Some of the freshest food served in America is from this resaturant. Bless their hearts for making such delicious subs
