Stay away from this Jiffy Lube (604 Elden St., Herndon VA)! They significantly overfilled my car when doing a routine oil change. This caused lots of damage to our engine. I am not a car expert, so when it started having issues, I drove straight to closest repair shop, which apparently also voided my Jiffy Lube warranty! I had no way of knowing it was directly related to Jiffy Lube's poor work, which I explained to management. The mechanic even documented the overfill for me, but still no help or reimbursement from Jiffy Lube. Their management even accused that the photos provided could have been staged! I will never be back and I recommend you do the same!

Brought my GMC sierra Denali in for a filter and oil change, about a week or so later I noticed oil stains on my driveway so I called the dealership where I purchased the truck to get the oil leak repaired, Turned out the oil filter had not been tightened after the Jiffy Lube oil change procedure. The service from the dealership man sent me a video of him being able to spin the oil filter around with his bare hands, he said it was about a turn or so away from falling off. If that would have happed the engine would have locked up. I paid a lot for my truck and it would have been destroyed. Jiffy lube will no longer get any business from me and I will no longer recommend them to anyone. Really Bad business practice, Come on Jiffy Lube employees you are Working on cars and trucks that cost upwards of $85,000 even more in some cases Please do a better job.

Jiffy lube is a rip off. My wife went by to get a battery. As jiffy lube carries interstate batteries which i insist on she went there as we knew they carried them. 305 dollars for an interstate battery.. which was about 50% more than I thought it should cost. I called another interstate dealer about a block away that i was unaware of prior to looking on interstates website. Blacks Tire Service. They quoted me over the phone for the same battery 225 installed. I called my wife hoping she hadn't had it installed yet but they had and they said they wouldn't take the battery back out. After I gripped about them ripping her off they said they would take 10% off but that was it, even after telling them that blacks a block away was selling same battery for 225. So it doesn't end there as I was very irked.. I called interstate and they put me in contact with the distributor that sells interstate batteries to dealers in that area. Spoke with a very nice man and told him the story. The 225 that Blacks quoted me was the suggested retail price by the Interstate distributor. All he could say to me is that jiffy lube is very high on their pricing but that the distributor doesn't set the dealers pricing only gives a suggested retail. This is what you get if you deal with jiffy lube a mark up 50% higher than suggested retail and they don't feel bad about it at all. this review is for the 10th ave location in myrtle beach sc

My daughter had her car in for an oil change at the facility in Little Rock on 02/20/2025. Two days latter the engine seized and was destroyed. We have consulted both a dealer and independent mechanic and both stated there was no oil in the engine. Despite Jiffy Lube stating they could prove that oil was added to the engine they have refused to show us any proof or in-store video. There were no leaks and the engine was in excellent condition prior to Jiffy Lube touching it. The area manager was "sorry" but offered us nothing. The car was ruined as the quoted repairs were more than the car was worth. Avoid Jiffy Lube at all costs. I strongly recommend an independent mechanic who is trained as a mechanic rather than terrible standards of Jiffy Lube.

During a 5/16/25 oil change at 2411 W. Belleview Ave., Littleton, CO, it was recommended that I have my rear brakes replaced since they were both (driver & passenger rear) at 1-3 mm and it was time for replacement (I have the Jiffy Lube paperwork to substantiate). Well, I took my car in Aug. 2025 (to a different automotive company) to have the brakes replaced and was told that it was not even close to time to replace my rear brakes. So essentially, I spent $72.50 to find out that Jiffy Lube lied to me. I’LL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.
