If i could give 0 stars, i would, this place is a scam i went up here this morning and and was charged closed to 1000 dollars for front rotors and a set of break pads, not only did it take all of three hours, the employees are constantly joke, rambling or playing around, or on their phones. they constantly try and tact things on to increase your TOTAL, i also saw one of the employees taking someone's air filter to the dumpster, and when he walked back out the filter in his hand appeared to be dirty with oil stains. then he walked up to a customer and said your filter looks like it needs to be changed, absolutely insane to witness. after the 3 hour wait I'm told after all services rendered we now need approval, when i told Winston or whatever his name is the man i was dealing with that my vehicle is a fleet vehicle, the correct way would have been to identify the issue, then notify my fleet for approval for repairs, then render repairs, Winston was very rude, gave me the middle finger, and told me he doesn't fight, he Shoots, while pointing his fingers at me, as if to shoot me. when i left for some reason one of your employees purposefully sabotaged my front right blinker, so that it would not work, it was working before i came, when i came back to get it fixed I'm told to get in line, then they threatened me because i refused to have to wait, for a mistake they made, 20 mins later the manager comes out rips the bulb out of the socket and slams it on the ground, rushes to put a new bulb in and does it in a manner you could not believe, then slams my hood with full force. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you value your hard-earned money, have self-respect for yourself and family, and value your life because driving without a way to signal is dangerous and illegal. IN SHORT GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE and avoid this. YOU DESERVE BETTER!

I went to the location on Hwy 64 Bartlett, Tn. I have been a customer for over 10 years and Angela who worked there was amazing and I always returned. The last 2 times I came she was not there and the service checks were below par. This time the changing the of oil was quick and efficient. However, the service check list was horrible. Do not say you are going to do something and then not do it. I had to ask them to check the tire pressure and they only did 2 tires. The invoice says that the check lights were OK. They did not even check these because my next stop was to Auto Zone to buy and headlight bulb, so I know this was not checked. I asked them to check the air filter and they said it was fine, but I was sitting right there and I know they did not check it. When I got to Auto Zone , I checked it myself and it was beyond dirty and I purchased one and replaced it. My invoice shows Test battery -complete. When I checked my battery I noticed corrosion covering both battery connections. When I asked that he change the elecronic "maintenane due" in my car, it took him 10 min.- longer than it took to change oil. First he tried to figure it out. Then he went to google and tried 2 websites before finding how to do this. The guy that cleaned the only window - the windshield (outside), I think only used water and it smeared and was worse than when I came in. Finally, I asked if he was going to put the next service check sticker in my windshield and he said no, because the machine was broke. Sorry Jiffy Lube I will we taking my business elsewhere. I just checked with the dealer ship and their price is $30 cheaper. You make it too hard to be a customer.

This company is absolutely horrible. They put the wrong battery in my car and it almost blew my transmission. It was in my car for less than 12 hours and I had to have my car towed to the dealership to have the correct battery replaced. Now they won’t give me my money back for their mistake and for the wrong battery size. Don’t ever use this company they are rude and unprofessional.

after pulling up for an oil change I asked the attendant how much and was quoted 109.00 which is high but I said ok I pulled in to the bay it took about 30 min I have a ford explorer after the service was done the manager came to me and said it will be 149.00 I was shocked 40 dollars higher then the original quote when I asked why he said well your vehicle take 5 quarts of oil instead of 4 so it was and extra 15.00 for the quart it was obvious when I drove up that I had a vehicle which took 5 quarts instead of four so the attendant should have quoted the price at 124.00 in stead of 109.00 it was obvious that I would need 5 quarts the attendants statement was a false statmemt of material fact when the manager brought me the bill he stated to me that we were going to change the air filter but we didn't have the part in stock so when you come in the next time we can do it then so if they would have had the part they would have changed the airfilter with out my authorization and charged me for it this is bad buisness practice also when you go to jiffy lube web site they offer coupons for discounts any where from 15.00 to 25.00 dollars but if you don't down load and print the coupon they will not give you the discount unless you ask bad customer service if you are offering a discount you should give it to everyone even if you don't print the coupon that is good customer service the liffy lube Is on biscayne blvd Miami fla I can say this I should not be surprised it is Miami the the conartist capital of the world so remember that always check for coupons and be aware of adding unauthorized services to your bill on second thought just don't go to jiffy lube you are just better off as a last note you can buy five quarts of oil for 25.00 dollars with an oil filter at the auto parts store for from 25.00 to 150.00 you do the math it does not add up don't go to jiffy lube on biscayne blvd Miami

I went to a jiffy lube in Ringgold Ga on Dietz Rd. Today would have been my first time using their service. When I arrived there was 2 bays open with a car in each one. I pulled behind them a guy came got my information. I waited 20 minutes while a girl in PJ’s not a uniform worked in the car in front of me. Sh e was not near finished when advised them I was going elsewhere . I took photos but there is no option to upload them.

I used to go there to do oil change and i told them to do high mileage synthetic but they put semi synthetic blend wich is not totally safe for my car engine never ever back to jiffy lube

Went to Jiffy Lube in Macedonia, Ohio for an oil change, second time at this location. First visit was excellent service with knowledgable staff, Willie was his name (former Marine) that acknowledged my military service. This visit, the staff was not well trained, they tried to upsell to the most expensive premium service ($109), they didn't know where the dipstick was, and were extremely slow. They skipped multiple services that should have been included (windshield wiper fluid, wipers not checked, etc). It took over 25 minutes to complete the service and could not access my previous service records when requested. I just hope I don't have future problems with my car! (Work Order 2897) The signature on the paper invoice is not mine. The total charge was $96.38 - virtually double the amount spent on my previous visit.

More like Jiffy rip off we took our grand daughter a 2016 Chevy sonic. The car had a clean carfax as well as scheduled service done at my Chevy dealership here in Mesa Az. The two Albuquerque locations took my sonic in replaced the battery belts and a tension pulley that was NOT NEEDED according to a technician working at their location who admitted the actual employee that worked on the car misdiagnosed the original problem. BBB IN NEW MEXICO also refused to investigate or accept any proof provided about Jiffy Lube who BTW HAS MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS. Corporate Jiffy lube refers you back to the thieving manager and also refuses to look into the many complaints about these thief’s. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
