Jiffy LubeReviews of jiffylube.com

This experience is so far successful, the costumer service is great and efficient!

I can only comment on the location I go to in Austin on Parmer/Mo-Pac but they are absolutely amazing. Kind and cheerful and helpful and honest and always going the extra mile.

The mechanic at jiffy lube on South beritania Street is excellent! I think he really deserves a raise. He is so good at his job and customer service.

I visited the Jiffy Lube location in East Longmeadow, MA and was very pleased with the great customer service I received today from Hector V.! The service was thorough and friendly - I could tell he was being honest with me and not trying to “sell me” extras I didn’t need! I’m a 84 year old veteran on a senior citizen fixed income so it’s always nice to be treated well and with respect. I also greatly appreciated the 50% off coupon that my son found for me on his phone for my conventional oil change. I am very pleased with today’s service and hope for the same when I return in the future. Thanks again, Hector V.!

North prospect ave, Jiffy lube of Champaign ! staff , Alan, Sweet, Dakota, Ricky b and Kareem are a great team ! I highly recommend others to come check them out ! the store is also very clean and taken care of ! Well worth the wait most oil changes are under 10 min !

Been to the Christiansburg facility twice. The staff are nice & friendly. Short time waiting. Good experience all around.

Thank you to the team at the Ballinger location!!! I was greeted promptly by Daniel. I appreciated the professional service I received by Daniel, Sheldon and Henry. I was never pressured to buy anything, just recommended. I was informed I had rodent activity under the hood. Sheldon went above and beyond to help!! The kindness and respect i received will keep my return business!! Thanks again!
