I installed 4 tires in the afternoon, drive home. Next day, 1 of the tires got flat at 404. As result, the tire got pinched by the rims and got a hole. They denied the warranty.

I went to this place for an oil change and ended up with no car. My car drove in just fine... but when i went to turn it on to leave it made this weird noise for several seconds. I took it straight to getting it checked and there was too much oil and still appeared partly dirty. The oIl was drained and the noise had stopped but took it back to jiffy lube anyway and told them. A couple days later the noise started again and we contacted them again. Now theyre saying they wont fix it because its a sensor or because they dont know what i did when i left, and it must be my fault. No. My car was fine when i pulled in n not when i left. The workers heard it. But now you wont fix it. This is bull! No integrity what so ever! Dont go there. I wish i could go back in time and not get that oil change. It cost me my car 😭💔 Dont do it

I am writing to formally report a serious issue following an oil change performed at the Jiffy Lube location in Timmins, ON. The technician’s clear incompetence, as confirmed by two independent mechanics, including the Hyundai dealership resulted in my engine seizing. I was told that someone from Jiffy Lube’s head office would contact me. No one ever did. I also sent a detailed email outlining the situation and received no response. During my initial conversation with the store, it was suggested that the problem might be related to a Hyundai engine recall. I want to be absolutely clear: there is no recall associated with this engine or model. I confirmed this directly with Hyundai Canada, the Timmins Hyundai dealership, and through a full VIN‑based recall check. The lack of accountability and complete absence of customer service from Jiffy Lube has been unacceptable. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

Jiffy Lube at 20916 Burgan Path. advertise on their site that they do conventional oil change. So I called them and asked if I need an appointment. I didn’t, so I drove there to be told that they DO NOT do conventional. These unprofessional clowns wasted my time and gas. Incompetence is rampant in America, exacerbated by the DEI insanity.

After years of using this location for my oil changes on multiple cars. My last oil change they didn't tighten the oil filter enough, and over a period of a few months, more that 2 quarts leaked out, making a mess of the driveway & the engine. We though it was the engine itself, so had a different mechanic check it out & find the loose filter, install a new filter, add in the missing oil & clean up the mess under the hood. When I contacted the manager at Jiffy lube, she told me "there's nothing we can do" as they only had a 90 day warranty on their work, and I was just past that at the point I called. I wasn't expecting compensation for all the trouble, cleanup, fixing of their mistake, but not even a partial refund, or even a credit towards additional work? - let's just say Jiffy Lube has lost mine and my families business for life.
