I have been coming to this particular Jiffy Lube for years and they are really outstanding. They are efficient, trustworthy, and good communicators. Sean in particular always gives amazing customer service. Highly recommended for all your routine auto maintenance (faster and cheaper than a dealership for sure)

The service I received at Jiffy Lube on Greentree Rd. in Scott Township goes above and beyond. For years they're are constently awesome. Yes, they do a great job of setting you up with their advertised services, but it's the little things in between that make them so special. My tire was low last month. They filled it for me, no charge. If I'm not sure about something, they look and let me know what I need, sometimes no charge, sometimes a nominal charge. Their team is second to none! I trust them to do right by me, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.

I came in today to get my oil changed. Your staff was very congenial. I wasn't upscaled at all, when they were finished. I was paying in cash and Jordan informed me their cash was wiped out due to earlier customers paying with one hundred dollar bills. I only had four singles and the rest was in twenty's. my bill was $49.00 Jordan took $ 44.00 from me and used his own debit card for the rest. I left and got change from a store and returned to give Jordan back his money. With wonderful employees like this on your staff it makes a pleasant exprience. Keep up the great work, and I will always recommend your facility to all my friends and family. Sincerely David Jameson
