My car takes synthentic oil. When I left the car sounded weird and thought I was hearing a flapping noise like a flat tire. No lights on dashboard. No flat tire, however, I think JiffyLube charged me for synthetic oil and put in conventional oil. They also wanted to rotate the tires. I said 'no'. I looked carefully on outside of tires. Nothing. But I am not convinced these people haven't done something to my car. Watch out for these scammers - they earn commission for getting consumers to pay for unneeded extras.

Requested an oil and filter change only, as this is a fleet vehicle and is being turned in shortly. They also added a cabin filter and wiper blades ignoring what I told them. This happened to me at this same location several years back, I do not plan on returning. Whether it's my vehicle or not, listen to your customer. ***I won't be responding by email (to Jiffy Lubes canned response) as I feel it's dishonest to overcharge. Both the "top man" and the person who wrote up the order were well aware of my wishes and ignored them. Auburn Ma Location

Starting with the positive here: Had an oil changed at the Jiffy Lube location at 8120 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque this week. I didn't have to wait. The staff acted professionally and was friendly. The place was clean. Now for the bad: They tried to tell me I needed my tires rotated when I just had brand new tires put on (they were obviously still very new - easy to see). They told me I needed new license plate lights which I approved; however, they broke one of the light holders when installing the new lightbulbs but didn't say anything. I noticed once I got home. I had just cleaned the truck and knew this light holder wasn't broken when I went to Jiffy Lube. I called them and they never called back. Very dishonest people. Now I have to get a new lightbulb holder at my expense because of their bad workmanship.

They charged for things that weren’t requested, they marked declined for things that were never discussed and claimed to have reset the oil life monitor when reality they didn’t

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for quite some time but when I had my van serviced on 10/24/2022 it didn't go well during the oil change. I had given the attendant a quart of Marvel Oil to be added to the fill. He nodded to do so then I went to the waiting room. About ten minutes later the manager came in and said in a raised voice that he would not put it in because it was for Diesel engines. ? He had read some fine print on the back about adding it to Diesel engines after 2007. I have used this product for most of my adult life. This guy obviously has no ability to comprehend what he reads. I told him that I would sign a paper releasing Jiffy Lube from liabilty to his claims. He calmed down and walked away. The next day I received an email from Jiffy Lube asking about my visit the previous day. I texted back about the incident along with my phone number but they never responded. They too are unprofessional! No more business with Jiffy Lube!

Took my car in for an oil change. The service representative informed me that my front brakes were so bad that the car would never pass state inspection and indicated that they could resolve the problem for me. There is no way possible that statement could be true as I replaced the brakes myself only 2 days ago and there were less than 200 miles on the car since completing the brake install. SCAM or incompetent employee's? Either way, never let Jiffy Lube perform additional services without first getting a second opinion...

Typical salespitch for air filter. Paid $35.00 more on 32nd Ave. in Surrey than I paid in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Will not return.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Clinton, TN for an oil change. Everything was fine except when the guy said to me, you're all set. The only thing that I can see is that you need front wipers. We have them for 39.95 (not 100% sure the price he quoted me). So, I said well that's funny, I put new ones on it 2 weeks ago and I had put new ones on it. He just said oh, ok. I just think that's a terrible thing to do to try to make an extra buck. Won't be going back if that's how they treat people.
