Employer Bronco Lube/Jiffy Lube blocked my Indeed profile from viewing/applying to open positions after I left the company, denying equal access to jobs
Former employee - favoritism, bullying, and no support when I needed it
I worked at this location and experienced a lot of favoritism. It felt like if you weren't in the inner circle, the crew would bully you, spread rumors, and management would back it up.
I had a family emergency with my dog having seizures and was told that wasn't a good reason to be late and that I should have just left him.
I also experienced an unwanted advance from a manager. When I raised it, I felt like the team sided with him and I had no support.
There were other very heavy situations I had to handle alone while on the clock, including an interaction with a customer who was later involved in a serious criminal case, and I was left alone to deal with it with no check-in afterwards. I was also told to keep a relationship between management and an employee secret or my job would be at risk.
I would not recommend working here. There was no real HR support.

Don't go to the one in Chickasha OK
Don't go to the one in Chickasha OK. Took our childs car in, later that day it died and had to be towed. Mechanic said there is NO oil in it and the motor is locked. Jiffy Lube said they are not at fault. Where did the oil go!?!? Not and apology for our troubles or anything, just a basic sucks to be you. Been on the phone with corporate and still nothing. Have a car we are still paying and can't be used. And they leave for school soon.

Went into Jiffy lube to get my oil changed
Went into Jiffy lube to get my oil changed.
I told them that I noticed a slight oil leak and asked them about where it was leaking.
They then changed my oil at $150. for 5 Mins work.
I asked about the leak and they said my oil pan was leaking around the seal.
They did not give me the option to go and get the seal fixed or wait till they got the part to fix the problem.
Now I have to deal with this problem after the oil change.
They were more interested in making a buck than giving there customers good service.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Went in to get emissions and license…
Went in to get emissions and license tags only and they pulled out my cabin filter to show me it needs replacing. Over priced filter replacing. I didn't take the bait! Not what I came in for!

I am a Lyft driver and once a year I have to get my vehicle inspection in order to keep driving.
Twice , so far I've gone to jiffy and have been told that my car needs to have specific repairs in order to get a 'pass'
Yet my main mechanic says otherwise.
If you are a rideshare driver , I would advise you not to go here.
They will extort you for unnecessary repairs

On July 7 Statement Regarding Missing Property Following Vehicle Service
On July 7, 2026, at approximately 2:35 PM, I arrived at Jiffy Lube, Laurel Store #49, to have my front brake rotors, brake pads, and an oil change serviced. Upon arrival, I spoke with Chris Glover at the front counter. I explained my situation to him, or another employee who was nearby, regarding the repairs that needed approval through our fleet service. The approval process took longer than expected, resulting in an extended wait before the work could begin.
Once the repairs were completed, I was pressed for time due to another scheduled appointment. As a result, I departed immediately after receiving my vehicle without conducting a thorough inspection.
The following day, I returned to Jiffy Lube after discovering two concerns. First, while the front driver and passenger floor mats appeared to have been cleaned thoroughly, the rear floor mats had not been cleaned and remained dirty.
More importantly, I discovered that my tool bag, which had been stored in the back seat of my vehicle, was missing. This bag contained numerous professional tools that I have accumulated over many years, including electrical multimeters, tracers, diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and other technical instruments essential to my work.
I immediately brought this matter to the attention of the staff. I was informed that no one had entered the rear of the vehicle or removed any items. While I appreciate their response, I was both shocked and deeply disappointed by the situation. The loss of these tools is significant, both professionally and personally.
I want to be clear that I am not accusing any individual of theft or wrongdoing. However, I find it concerning that the tool bag was present when I arrived for service and was missing after I left my vehicle in the care of the facility while I waited in the customer waiting area.
As a precaution, I typically remain with my vehicle during service visits at other providers, such as Valvoline, for this very reason. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in this location, and I do not intend to return to Jiffy Lube Laurel Store #49 for future service.
I am submitting this statement to accurately document the events as they occurred and to express my disappointment regarding the missing property and the overall experience.

I’m so tired of paying such high prices…
I’m so tired of paying such high prices for terrible service. I’ve been several times ( shame on me for returning) and I pay for services they are not giving. Yes they change the oil but they never fill the fluids or fill air in the tires. Yet you look at the receipt and they do it all. The last time I was there I had to tell them to please check and fill the tires I was going out of town. I also had to ask to do the fluids, in which he said they had lots of customers the day before so they were out of windshield fluid. I once again check my receipt and behold it says they filled it. Why do I pay them so much? I’m done!

I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer…
I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for over 15 years and have used at least five different Jiffy Lube locations throughout Snohomish County. Between my personal vehicles and multiple businesses, I've brought well over two dozen vehicles through Jiffy Lube and have spent well over $20,000 over the years.
This Monroe location just lost a long-time customer because of one employee: Andrew.
I pulled into the bay expecting the same straightforward service I've received for years. Instead, Andrew looked at my truck for a few seconds and immediately quoted me $219 for an oil change. He never entered my VIN, never checked my service history, never verified the oil capacity, never asked me to open the driver's door, and never looked anything up. He simply threw out a number.
That immediately felt wrong. I wondered if i new him as i felt he was treating me different and he didn't want me to be there.
I backed out, parked, went to the official Jiffy Lube website, entered my VIN and license plate, and the website quoted me $94.99 for the same service.
I drove back and showed Andrew the quote directly from Jiffy Lube's own website.
His response?
"The website is wrong."
When I asked him to verify my vehicle in the computer or look up my history, he refused.
When I asked if there was a manager available, he told me he was the highest-ranking employee there.
When I asked why the website quoted $94.99 but he wanted $219, he claimed the website only included five quarts of oil. I then asked him a simple question: "How much would two additional quarts cost?" He said he didn't know.
Think about that for a second.
He claimed to know with absolute certainty that my bill should be $219, without looking in the system, yet he couldn't tell me the cost of two additional quarts of oil, then it dawned on me he has been here at least 3 years as this is the location that screwed up my aluminum plate underweight by taking it off with the power gun, they ruined one of the bolts and when I came back in I asked him to take it off manually, from now now , he remembered the color of my raptor and didn't want to deal with it. So he quotes so high that no person would continue.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue or verify anything, he told me, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else."
A few moments later he refused to service my vehicle and told me to leave, when i asked him to quote the job per Jiffy Lube policy but inputting my truck into the system, as it leavs record. He didn't want to leave any record. Well here were are. Play stupid games , win stupid prizes Andrew. There are about 10 more places like this , to make you popular in Monroe
I've never been treated this way at any Jiffy Lube.
If this is how Monroe treats customers who have spent tens of thousands of dollars with the company over the years, I can't imagine how they treat first-time customers or grandmas. Toyota corolla? Ok that will be a million dollars Mrs. Granny Jane.
Whether this was incompetence, laziness, or simply terrible customer service, I don't know. What I do know is that I was quoted more than double the price shown on Jiffy Lube's own website, nobody would investigate the discrepancy, and I was ultimately refused service for asking reasonable questions. It is false advertisement when a site into which youi input your viechle with your vin, licence plate and they know and have all records in the system. if it would of been 1 or 2 more quartz i get it , charge me per quart, dont Price Gauge me. No wonder you site 90 % of the time empty with guys standing with sign that wave to bring traffic in. Why wait to be dead to get so desperate and when some people come in you Gauge them?
I'll be filing a complaint with Jiffy Lube Corporate and taking my business elsewhere.
Long-time customers deserve better than this.
