Twice at the location on Front street in Belleville. The manager Melissa is an absolute witch. She yells and screams at customers and staff. When I was vocal to her she talked over me, well she tried. When that didn't work she explained she had 4 kids. Not my problem lady. I am the customer you should treat all people with far more respect. Learn from your courteous staff. Only reason I come is for the airmiles and actually I likely won't be back.

I contacted head office after being ripped off by Jiffy Lube in Hanover. I was told that each location was independently owned but that my complaint would be forwarded and they would follow up. They did not. I contact head office again and was ignored. It is shocking to know that there is no requirement for a Jiffy Lube location to meet any sort of company standards. Initially my intention was to never return to the Hanover location but now I will never give my business to any Jiffy Lube location. Unprofessional all around.

We took both of our vehicles to the Surfside Beach, SC, Jiffy Lube on 4/8/24. We were lied to about them not stripping the oil plug in our GMC and then stripping not one but two lugnuts on out Ford Fusion. As the employee was stripping the first lugnut my husband tried to tell them and again they lied and said they didn't strip it that the lugnuts were swollen. If you knew they were swollen then why would you still try to remove the lugnuts. The company refunded the cost of our GMC oil change but told us the $200 damage, replacements lugnuts and labor is up for us to pay. I forsee hiring a lawyer in our future.

If I could give this place negative stars and have it shut down I would. Our car has been damaged by staff here not one, BUT TWICE! The first was in February 2022, where the sideswiped a wall in the alley then tried to act as if all that damage was already there. Most recently, in March 2024, they damaged the side of the car then tried to gaslight us and say maybe the damage was from a speed bump when we clearly saw when the damage happened. They lie, gaslight, and it takes forever for them to fix your car. I'M WARNING YOU - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Don't believe the sign! Don't bring your car here! Go anywhere but here! They don't support or back up the franchise storeswhen there is a problem- they will simply ignore you. It took two visits to get a simple oil change. Despite assurances- they did not have an oil filter - either time. Both times, I had called a day ahead . After supplying my own filter the 2nd time I left with the same oil as the previous time - they didn't bother to change it. On the first visit, they broke my oilcap. On the 2nd visit, they replaced it with an aftermarket oilcap that didn't seal - so oil went all over my engine. I had to replace it with an OEM oil cap- it cost less than $8. On the second visit, they broke my air intake hose. In the end, I paid for : A broken oil cap $8 A broken air intake hose $90 Faulty Oil change $ 156 for dirty oil put in the first time but without a new filter. After I had to supply my own filter, they didn't change the oil. Engine shampoo $ 235 This was at the Belleville Ont. Canada store. The operator has ignored my issue for several months. The head office,despite an official policy of a 3 day operator/ franchisee response, has similarly kept referring the matter back to the operator and apparently "escalating" the issue. But the head office has done nothing at all to resolve the issue. Don't believe the advertising . If you happen to make it out of there with an oilchange and your car in one piece - count yourself lucky and don't go back ! There are plenty of places that can accomplish this simple regular maintenance item without damage or drama. My car is a Mercedes and I regularly change the oil every 8 to 10,000 km . Jiffy Lube cost me just under $500 for the privilege of having to supply my own filter and still having to drive around on dirty oil and having them break two parts on my car and causing a significant clean up. I have never encountered these issues before. No one should have to go through this. They claim to be professionals .... don't believe it for a second!

Honestly the worst service. Rude, highly unprofessional and takes too long for completed tasks. Availability for inspections is never operable. As well as a-lot of standing around and talking. Will not be returning this year.

"done while you sit in it" and "in a jiffy" both false; 3 1/2 hour ordeal on 2 dates at 2 locations; "we're working on it" - i watched, they weren't; at, i suspect, behest of others due to illicit political reasons i won't go into here. on different day, did not fully close hood, could've opened on highway with child in vehicle.

Regrettably, there were out of conventional oil. That's like KFC being out of chicken. LOL. So I was stuck paying more for synthetic. Furthermore, I've seen grass grow faster than they can change oil. I do not recommend this place. Over ninety minutes waiting in their hot waiting area for a simple oil change is not acceptable to me. Avoid this place if you value your time. I'll never come here again.
