Disliked charges for non working hours
I disliked the time the first two men took an hour lunch break and then the four men later inthe afternoon took a longer than an hour break before the second trip. When I moved here four years ago it only took one trip from Hacienda Heights to Calimesa 60 miles with only two men. This time the distance is just 11 miles with four men and two trips, then I got charge for the full time that they were here.
Response from JFK Moving CompanyJul 13, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the extended breaks, additional trip, and final charges. We understand why this experience was disappointing, and we regret that the move did not meet your expectations. Thank you for sharing your feedback—it helps us improve our scheduling, communication, and timekeeping procedures. JFK MOVING Co!

Excellent experience
We needed heavy furniture moved within our home. The guys were communicative, prompt, respectful, and very efficient. We ended up adding services same day that we probably could have gotten cheaper elsewhere because we were so impressed with their service. Another thing that was impressive was even from the scheduling process. I needed same day movers and they were able to make that happen for me with a reasonable quote. Thank you JFK Moving; we will definitely be reaching out to you for your services again!
