Purchased the VCA bracelet but the yellow gold is very different to the original VCA jewellery so I wanted to return it HOWEVER what they fail to disclose on their website is that returns have to be sent to China which costs almost the same as the actual item making it pointless to return! They also only post 5 star reviews on their own website which are probably fake given how many 1 stars are on trustpilot.

I ordered a clover bracelet and necklace. Yes it took a while to arrive but I got it eventually. The bracelet is lovely and good quality, the necklace is not. I did contact them and they told me I could have a refund or exchange if I sent it back, meaning I pay the postage to China. I asked if they could just let me know how to order a necklace that matched the quality of the bracelet. I was told that they have several suppliers so couldn’t guarantee that. So actually pointless sending my necklace back for exchange as I may just get the same back! If I could guarantee the quality I would order again.

It takes approximately 16 days for the item to arrive, but this isn't mentioned on the website. I have a screenshot showing this will be delivered within 5 days via DHL, yet it arrived with Evri. It ships from China. The offer seems appealing, but once you start, they split the cost. My jewellery should be worth £56. I paid £36 for the offer and got one free, but the invoice states £18 each. The item that arrived is probably worth only about £5. I was considering returning it, but I feared I wouldn't get my money back. My son wanted a gift, a bracelet for himself and his girlfriend with their initials. Next time, I will review customer feedback first. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money.

Fraudulent ads, shit-quality. Wouldn’t even give it to a child to play with. Better buy from Claire’s or Primark! Took ages to deliver.

Bought a bracelet from this company, at checkout was offered and additional bracelet for FREE. Thought oh amazing ill give it a shot. Wore the bracelet twice, tarnished discolored absolute trash , contacted the company to resolve, was told this was a manufacturing fault and they would refund me fully for the item i had bought. all plain sailing lovely experience until I received less than half of what I had paid and when questioned they said this was worked out as the FREE item is not free the cost is split between them when they calculate a refund???? but if i had an issue with the free bracelet, this would have had £0 value to refund me????????? the bracelets are advertised at a set price whether you take the free one or not but when you have a problem then you cannot get your money back I have asked to escalate this but get the same response even though all of the emails contradict themselves. DO NOT BUY

We’re sorry to read your review, although we must clarify that your case has already been explained to you in detail multiple emails. The promotion you accepted was a bundle offer, where the total amount paid is distributed between the items for accounting and refund purposes. This means that when a partial refund is issued, it is calculated proportionally based on that distribution — this is standard practice in promotional offers. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, but the information provided to you has been consistent and aligned with how the promotion works. Additionally, we’d like to note that your description of the situation does not fully reflect the explanations and resolutions already offered through our support team. If you still wish to proceed further, you are welcome to reply to our previous emails and we will continue assisting you there.

We understand that expectations can vary, especially when comparing with other platforms, but our intention is always to offer a balance between design, quality, and price.
