Hi Kerry, Don't worry, I see that you are making a very simple mistake. Our Returns Portal does NOT ask for a Zipcode, so you are likely entering your Zipcode in the Email field by mistake. That is the reason why our system is not recognizing your order. We give everyone 30 days to return any item for a full refund, no reason required! You still have till September 2, 2022 to return your order to us. Step 2: Enter your Order # in the Order Number field and your Email Address (the one you entered at the time you placed this order) in the Email field.
