Dear Ralph, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear your Tourmaline set didn’t meet your expectations. We’d really like to put this right for you, as that’s not the standard we hold ourselves to at Jewellery With Love. A tangled chain on arrival is disappointing, and we understand how important it is that the pieces look as they do in our photos. If you could email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the chain, our team will look into it straight away and arrange a suitable solution for you. We truly appreciate you letting us know, and we hope to have the chance to turn this around. 💛

Thank you so much, Gary! 🌟 Knowing the words on the card said exactly what you felt about your daughter, as if you had written them yourself, is honestly the best compliment we could receive. We put so much thought into the sentiments at Jewellery With Love, so it means a great deal that they spoke for you. We’re delighted you loved the presentation box too, and that built in light really does add that extra wow moment when it’s opened. Great value paired with a gift that comes from the heart is exactly what we aim for. We hope your daughter treasures her necklace for years to come! 💛
