I ordered a 180% density 16 inch wig. It was so thin and short barely 12 inches. As instructed on the website I sent an email with pictures requesting an address to return for a refund. They have not responded. The website says within 30 days you can return. They are misleading and the hair does not look like the photos. I guess you get what you pay for. I will stick with more expensive hair companies. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

HI, dear, we didn't reply as soon as you eamil us because we have a time difference and we were on the day off for the weekend. Please don't worry, we will anwer your email as soon as we check it. And our wig is true to length, you need to measure its length when the hair on the wig is straightened from cap top to hair end from the longest hair. Please feel free to contact us by email [email protected] if you have any questions. We are willing to help

For the money I rate it ok. I paid $890.00 for a full lace 24 inch wig ombre and the first thing that I noticed is that compared to my Bellami it doesn't seem like the hair was very thick and I do not feel that it is as durable as the Bellami. Both units costed about the same. I noted hair falling out of the wig upon receipt. The hair is thin and light. It is natural and light and I like the lace as I feel it does look more natural - however I am not sure it will last long due to the fragility of the unit. So time will tell but I will say that I am not sure I will pay for another one for sure... it depends on whether this one lasts more than a couple of weeks.

Thanks so much for your feedback, dear. The wig is 180% density. Of course, if you want it thicker, we can also customize more density. You can leave us a note when you place your next order.

I absolutely loved my order. I did the cancer buzz with my best friend and have no idea where eor hoe to order a wig to get me through the days of work. I bought two and just loved one, they were so prompt, giving, helpful, and took my return and honored it but also helped me find what fit me best. Thank you so much for helping me and the great quality and AMAZING customer care
