The wig is 🔥! Just as the description said, wear right out of the box. Hair is soft, color is spot on, no shedding or smell. This is my wig spot for real🤩

Clearly fake reviews! This company is a scam. They send garbage wigs that look nothing like what you order. I ordered a straight bob blonde wig. Got a curly green tinged wig. Ordered a light brown to blonde balayage wig and got a muddy brown, hideous mess. Not even wearable. Truly disgusting wigs. Not wearable. They state they will refund you but that is a LIE! Refused refund. Had the nerve and audacity to offer a discount on next order. Oh please, there will NEVER be another order. Scam company. Lies, false advertising. In China, go figure! I emailed them THE DAY I got wigs and let them know. Their response is a LIE. I have never worn the wigs as they are TRASH. These people are liars and cons. $700 for two wigs that CANNOT be worn. Absolute garbage. Never worn. Tried to return DAY 1. I have been STUCK with this garbage because they DO NOT honor their word. Do not waste your money on this company. Look at their reviews off their website. It says it all. Jessie’s Wig and Wig Sis same people. Same garbage. Lies! Again, tried to return the day they arrived. Never worn. Gross wigs that are NOT wearable.

Thanks so much for sharing us your feelings. But we really don't have curly green tinged bobo wigs. And the bobo wig you ordered is not a straight wig, it is a wig with a little waves. You can see it clearly on the website pictures. We customized wigs according to your needs. And for customized wigs, we cannot help you return or exchange. I hope you understand. And you have worn your wigs for a month and then you told us the color is not right. We also feel very confused. We really want to help you but we also have our return and exchange policy. I hope you understand. please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Email : [email protected]

This company is the best. I have ordered and Received several wigs from this company. Each wig has been exactly what I expected. Very natural, very pretty. No complaints. The one wig I got that didnt seem to be the color I expected they were very attentive, very helpful And very prompt in solving the issue. They provided several options to resolve the issue. I have no complaints with this company. They have been wonderful to work with and the quality of their products is an A+.

I’ve placed previous orders before and I received them on time! The last 2 orders I placed I’ve had to dispute due to them not fulfilling my order. The website says 3-7 business and that’s no longer true.I will not be ordering from them ever again. Bad business and bad customer service.

Thanks so much for telling us your feelings, dear. Usually we can ship our orders soon if we have them in stock. But for some products, they are special color and we need to make them and then ship them out. We are really sorry for the delay. May I know your order number so that we can check it for you and urge our factory to speed up? Also please feel free to contact us by emails [email protected] so that we can help you better?
