I placed an order on March 21st. I was able to message with someone about the purchase because I needed a small cap wig. However, once I made the purchase, I was unable to speak to anyone and my order remained unfulfilled. I finally spoke to someone in their chat who said oh yes we shipped, do you mind holding while I get the tracking. I waited and waited and waited. I never heard anything back again. So I asked for a refund. It took several days and without reason they kept 12.75 of my money. I have tried getting an explanation, as they didn't do a single thing but take my money. Now I want my 12.75 back as well. It's extremely upsetting because I had to pay extra for the small cap and yet I got nothing and once I did pay the customer service was pretty much completely cut off. So I was never able to talk to anyone. So, I am contacting my bank and filing a fraud report against them. I have copies of correspondence, chats, emails, and statuses of my account and from shop and so on. This is definitely a buyer beware. I am happy for all of those who have had a great experience but for me it has literally been a nightmare. So please beware of this company. If you search the photos of the wigs they are selling most of them are the exact same as other wig sites and even some other reputable places. For example, one of their wear to go wigs, I actually found on Shein, exact same pictures and models. There wasn't a single difference. I have this documentation as well. Anyway, always do image searches. If you see those pics on other websites selling the same products, odds are it's not legit. Wished, I had done this myself.

I asked for a custom wig. They asked for my specific measurements which I provided. I was nervous about it because I’d never had a company custom make a wig for me and being bald hardly any caps fit me. I received it rather fast. Compared to the other company I normally use which takes four months. The wig cap fit me so perfect!! The hair is super soft and pretty. I’m not a fan of 180 density but I will get use to it. I love the color. I will order again from this company and I recommend them.

I bought ready to wear brazillian straight glueless HD lace 13×5. This piece is perfectly as described on the website. Length is also true to size mentioned on website. Time line , from time you order to time delivered maximum 5 days I think. Love this piece and getting lots of compliments on it. I loved it soo much I ordered 2nd piece of the same as back up piece too.

I was planning a trip to Africa just to buy some hair ….. the trip is now cancelled!! This hair is equivalent to the hair from Africa !! Just excellent!! Customer service is also on point!! And the gifts are wonderful too! I do not feel in anyway cheated; I love my hair! I will be making another purchase soon.
