I received my wig yesterday and I love it. And the customers service is excellent.

I ordered the Ombre Light Ash Blonde Wavy Hair 13x4 Lace Front With Dark Roots Glueless Lace Wig. It is perfect. The hair is full and soft and the color is natural. I was easily able to give it a side part after washing it. It is adjustable and comfortable. This is my 2nd Jessie's Wig and I plan to purchase many more in the future.

What I see is what I get it make me look fresh ideal for the occasion I love it. Have no regrets.

This wig is absolutely gorgeous... Jessie's Wigs has mastered the art of natural blonde tones with lowlights and highlights. Just utter blonde perfection. The hair is so fine, and so silky... not too much, and not too little at 180% density. The lace is absolutely undetectable! How is this even possible?!?? I chose the 20-in length, which was absolutely perfect for me. If I had it to do over again, I would however specify the cap size in the notes while ordering, as it was a little large on me... however, the company reached out and explained to me what I needed to do to customize the fit, and it worked. The cap is beautifully constructed and so comfortable that I don't even have to have a wig cap or grip in order to wear. (Such comfort!) If you're a beginner to lace front wigs, I recommend choosing the 5x5 lace frontals as it's very hard to work with the 13x4 lace unless you're very experienced with ear to ear lace frontals and prefer to go glueless... which I'm not... but I managed...lol. I love that this company worked with me every step of the way to get the perfect human hair wig for me that is absolutely perfection in every way! I can't imagine a company that can offer better hair than this for these lovely prices. I Will be purchasing from this company exclusively from now on. I am absolutely obsessed with this wig now!
