I had communication from a few minutes after my order until after my order arrived. They were incredibly helpful. They want to make sure that you are happy and that you remain a customer.

After looking at the dozens of online wig sites, I always come back to Jessie’s Wig! I ONLY wear Glueless wigs & their selection is incredible! I also have a pretty big “brain” and have a head circumference of 23 inches. 😝 Jessie‘s always make sure that the measurements are just right so that the wig fits my entire head and a lot of other shops are not able to cater to this without tons of questions to be sure this is the right size! Which is ludicrous by the way, because we all have different head sizes! They are friendly and always check up on you to make sure that you like the wig after they show it’s been delivered. This is where I would go ladies I am growing out my perm, and I wear my hair typically in a couple of French braids , and this allows me to have the look that I want while I’m letting my hair grow out and get healthy. I recently ordered a wig from this company, and I must say the customer service was perfect from start to finish. We communicated extensively on WhatsApp to discuss my specific needs, including the color, length, and cut. They were incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Initially, I purchased my first wig and was extremely satisfied. A few months later, I decided to order another wig in a different color. Although they were only offering a 200% density at the time, I requested a 150% density instead. To my delight, they were able to accommodate my request without any issues. The level of customization and customer care they provided made me incredibly happy. I’m thrilled with my purchase and can’t wait to explore more styles in the future.
