Does anyone have a small head cap size like me? I was sooo excited that I FINALLY found a wig that came in a SMALL cap! I always have that excess space on the regular cap size and it was very good knowing the small cap gave the PERFECT fit! Hair was beautiful & customer service was top tier!! If you experience this too then you need to be ordering from JESSIESWIG.COM too!! You’ll be glad you did!!

The customer service was amazing! I was assisted in matching one of their human hair wigs that closely matched my favorite synthetic wig. The order and delivery process was quick and efficient. I got the 180 thickness and was very pleased with how much hair there was! Way more than my first human hair wig with another vendor. They have reached out to me often and assisted me each step of the way and I love the way my wig fits. Very true to size, comfortable for daily or extended wear. Please don't do it. They sent me this top hat as a wig and gave me a time when I asked to return it. They have emailed me numerous times asking me to take down my review and never sent me a return slip to return the wig. I gave the wig away and asked them not to contact me anymore. If I can find a site to post pictures of the wig I will. They also owe me three other wigs and have not sent them yet.

Aside from the unit being amazing and easy to install for a first-time beginner. I was most impressed with the customer service from the start of the purchase to after I received my package. I'm beyond satisfied with the product and services and I'm soon to purchase a second unit. Thank you!

I recently just ordered a glueless lace front blonde wig from Jessie’s wigs.. I received it within two weeks. Great wig!! Good quality, the only MAJOR downfall is they will take your credit card number. I wanted to go back and order another one. But when doing so, I noticed my credit card charges were rannn up $$. It was 9 random charges on my card near (550$ total) around the Flordia area where Jessie’s wigs is located, and I live no where near Flordia!! I do not trust Jessieswig.com no more!

This is my second wig I purchased! It’s so pretty and soft. Perfect length and all around amazing! . I had mines customized and it’s perfect 10/10!!! Will be buying more soon 🖤
