This company is terrible to deal with. They make it look as if they are a London company, but actually based in Hong Kong. Clothes were shipped in 2 days from the UK, but after a long delay whilst they shipped first from HK to be relabelled. For a return the customer service number is not connected and process is arduous. Although they accepted the goods were faulty they insisted on shipping back to HK with comments that import tax may be due, postage is usually the buyer responsibility. When challenged they simply offered 5% discount. Solution in the end was a credit card chargeback. I would strongly suggest not to deal with this company.

Sizing incorrect. Impossible to return as emails are ignored. Website stated easy return within 30 days. Clearly not true. Won’t be wearing the clothes and lost money. Do not order from this Company. Not London Based. Clearly misleading.

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought I was dealing with a UK based company they are not, based in Hong Kong. Also complete fabrication on their website. Goods ordered shoddy, far to big and overall horrible. When I tried to return them they said I had to pay,to return them to Hong Kong even though it said free returns. As I was already £180 down I thought at least I would get something back, but no the parcel was held up on customs for weeks, then I got a response from tracking that they where returning the goods to me. Very unhelpful customer service . No refund no goods!!!! Nowhere to go to get any further. Probably the last time that I will order online as o can't afford it, the outfit was for my Grandson's wedding 😮‍💨

Please, please do not buy from this company..... they are absolute scammers! I ordered a sleeveless dress in late June thinking it was cotton as the description referred to 'cool lightwight summer material'. After ordering I sent an email asking what the material was. I was told it was 100% polyester whereupon I asked to cancel my order as I only wear cotton or linen in summer. What followed was a series of what seemed to be AI generated nonsense emails. When it finally arrived I sent it straight back the next day by Royal Mail post to the address it was sent from. I advised them I had done this and said I would take further action if I had not received a refund after two weeks. It is now ovrr three weeks and no refund....

What an absolutely rubbish company. I ordered two dresses 'true to size' XL (UK Size 18-20) When they finally arrived they were in separate bags. So light and so small they posted them through my letterbox. They were screwed up in a bag far too small like a lunch bag. I have never in my life seen anything like it. As soon as I opened them I could see something was wrong. Way, way too small. I couldn't even get the dresses over my head. The quality was absolutely rubbish. A scratchy material of such poor quality. There was no label. I was so angry, upset and fed up. I had been given some Birthday money from my Mum to treat myself. Saw these two dresses and I loved the styles on the website. They looked good quality material. What an absolute waste of money. I have been emailing them for weeks with no luck. That's seventy quid down the drain. They have sent replies asking for order numbers, the reason why I want a refund and have been told it is in hand and being dealt with in their special department. The AI department!!!??? I have sent photos with comparisons of my Anthology dress that was very similar to the one I ordered. It looked like a child's dress on top of my dress. I am so angry with these people and also with myself for allowing myself to be scamned. Cheek of it was, after I sent yet another email asking what was happening, I received an email offering me 50% off if I send a review. WHAT?? They can give me 50% off but can't give me my money back. Please anyone who likes the look of this company, who apparently are closing because the owner Jessica is having a baby, so clothes are being sold off, don't be tempted. I have tried going on to their returns site, but that's not working apparently. My order numbers, email address and ZIP code are not recognised. Thinking about the email asking me to fill out a review for 50% off, it was probably a scam review site just trying to get me to spend more money. Am soooooo bloody angry. I'm a pensioner and so is my Mum. She's 94 years old. I can't tell her what's happened, so when she asked if they'd arrived I told her they were out of stock. She'd be so upset, bless her. Please don't be fooled by JESSICA LONDON like I was because they aren't a British Company, they are based in Hong Kong!!

Absolute rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! All items are made from cheap material, I’ve had better clothing from TikTok shop for a quarter of the cost. It’s marketed as a London boutique closing down. I’ve requested a return and they’ve emailed me an address in Los Angeles at my own cost! It’s a total scam !!

If I could post zero stars i would! Absolutely shocking shocking quality, obviously from China, took ages to arrive and honestly I could have paid 3.99 from shien for a dress I paid 34.95 from here. DO Not use this Shop!
