Jessica London: Where's the "MINUS star Review" option???
If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would. Back in August of 2026, I ordered 2 prs of shoes from Jessica London online. They arrived. They were miles too big. I returned them. I got my 'refund' in the form of a gift card, and when I called to find out if I could please get my $ back so I could spend it somewhere ELSE, they told me that the items I purchased were paid for via PayPal, and they "don't DO refunds to PayPal". I said I hadn't been aware that an item that was returned couldn't be refunded - they say 'hassle free refunds', right? So I used the gift card, and used another payment method to cover the amount NOT covered by the gift card. Undies. Too big. Returned. Notification of their receipt of my returned product. And then... nothing. Several weeks later, I finally call them. The agent said they'd issued a gift card for my return. I said I'd requested a refund to the original payment method, NOT a gift card. That nobody had notified me of a gift card having been issued for my return. That I wanted my money back. The gent said he'd cancel the gift card, and direct $ back to my account, and to give it 7-10 biz days. 14 days later, still no refund. I write customer service. They do the "oh, we're so sorry for this frustration, we can totally see why you're upset, let us look into this." After multiple emails, and another phone call, I received a "refund" of $4.72. On a bill that had been $33, with $11 in shipping (for UNDERWEAR). Today, I wrote again and showed them the screenshot of my order and its total amount, paid for w/ their stupid gift card and an extra $4.72 of my own funds to cover the difference. They refunded that $4.72... but no mention of the $33 worth of "gift card" having been refunded. My thoughts: this company issues gift cards, and doesn't tell you about them. They hope you will forget about your $. Then they get to keep it. Once you call them on it, they'll tell you they'll look into it. Again... hoping you'll forget about it. And when you don't forget about it, you get a complete and total runaround. I've had it with them, and the entire umbrella of companies they own under the "FullBeauty" brand of stores. Never again will I purchase anything from this fraudulent, money-sucking, money-HIDING set of companies. In the words my parents used to use concerning bad actors and scammers: boo, hiss. You should be ashamed of yourself/selves, Jessica London. To stoop so low as to keep funds you didn't earn, hoping against hope that your customers don't remember they spent it with you. Well... this one won't forget. And this one has the emails to prove it all. Today's date? 10/21/26. Ten weeks of tussle, with a whole $4.72 to show for it.
