Jessica LondonReviews of jessicalondon.com

Madebyjessica no longer has an AI generated pregnant woman standing in her London boutique, pretending she is selling stock and shutting the shop. Still avoid, they are not a legitimate company and you will have your money stolen as there is no way the refund policy exists.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You wait forever for your item to be delivered. They make out they are based in London but items come from China. Guess I should have know. Fabric is awful, poor sizing. I wanted a refund. After initially not getting back to me for ages, they said they could do an exchange but I would need to pay over £10 to cover postage. I wasn't going to pay another penny to these awful people. So now I make sure I research any of these online companies and check reviews before I purchase.

I finally received my order 8/17/26 and so disappointed. I ordered my size 1x the top was sooooo big it hung to my mid calf and the pants were so big they slipped down to the floor. I am awaiting a reply to my complaints. Never ever purchase from this company! After reading the complaints I do not expect a refund or help returning items.

1. Said shipping would be waved if we signed up for email/text advertisement. 2. Item size was not proper. 3. Unable to get help with returns or exchanges. Once they have your money unable to fix any issues. 4. Do not inform you that a variety of payment methods are not refundable. TO BAD I CAN NOT GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR.

Does anyone know about this company. They have NOT replied to me or offered a refund on a very poor quality dress. I tried phoning them and the number is no longer in use - is there any organisation to help individuals who have been let down badly buying clothing from company. I first emailed them on receipt of the dress in June. No reply. Although it was said the lady owner was closing business as she was pregnant in June her shop was operating. I’ve tried and tried but just been ignored. Horribly let down by online purchasing.

I was ordering 2 pairs of shoes. When I went onto the website, it asked me to spin the wheel and it said that I would get 15% off of my order if I agreed to being on their mailing list. I agreed. Then, I went to checkout and one pair of shoes showed up at their sale price (The Milena at $46.99) but the second pair showed up at their regular price (The Bethany - $99.99) even though the catalog showed them on sale for $51.99. AND, I never received the 15% of when I went to check out. So I chatted with Mark S. and told him about the errors (which are HUGE errors, I believe!). He said they like for people to call in rather than purchases online. He would not fix the issue, insisted that I call customer service. If I cannot trust your website and I cannot trust you to fix it while I chat, then never mind. I cannot believe that they are letting customers down in this way!!!!!! I will not be ordering from them anymore.

I would also put Zero if I could. Website looks genuine. I also thought it was a boutique in London. I usually read the reviews, but was in a rush. So stupidly ordered quickly. The dress arrived. It did look like the photo, but was far to small. Tried to contact them to arrange a return. Eventually 10 days later got back to me. I had to send pics of me in the dress. To prove it didn't fit, plus a pic of the lable inside the dress. Which there wasn't one. Asked me to take all the measurements. Which I did and indicated they had sent small. When I checked their size chart. They also said it would have to go through their investigation team. They offered me 15% off if I wanted to keep it. Why would I keep a dress that doesn't fit. They emailed me a return form eventually. Which I printed off. Had to put loads of info on. As return address was LA Hollywood. Cost me £20 postage on top of the £50 for the dress. I know stupid but out of principal, I didnt want to keep it. I then got an emails from Evri saying. They had been trying to contact the company numerous times. As duty/taxes needed to be payed. So ask if I wouldtry to contact them. Tried for 4 days sending emails. No response. After 5 days of being put in holding. Evri sent the dress back to me. NIGHTMARE !! Please do not buy from this site. I will always read reviews in future. Never rush to buy again. They keep sending me emails and discount codes. Now I have the dress back I can block them. I will stick with Debenhams.

This company is dishonest. and should have zero stars. They promise free delivery and free returns but find every excuse not take clothes back and/or refund the money. They make it as awkward as possible to return goods and ask you to jump through hoops to do so, including paying a high cost, taking photos etc, then say company policy has changed and they don't do refunds. The clothing is of very poor quality and sizing terrible. Be advised that you will be extremely disappointed and possibly angry with this company if you buy from them.
