I was denied a refund. I informed staff of the JessaKae Ball well ahead of time that I am no longer able to attend. They refused to offer even a partial refund to me. The customer experience means nothing to this company.

The service was quick. The employee brought out dresses in similar styles we were looking at as suggestions. That was very helpful. Came in for 1 dress and left with 2!

I went to another similar store and most of the sizes were out of stock. But all the choices were in stock here.

This was more than just getting a dress, it was an experience to watch my child find something that makes her feel beautiful and the staff could not have made the experience any better.
