Took 3 months to arrive when item was listed as NOT ON PRE ORDER. Didn't fit. Sent it back - cost $145 AUD to send back. What a huge waste of time and money. DON'T ORDER if you live in Australia - unless you're willing to wait 3+ months for the arrival of the item. Funnily enough it was returned from AUS to US in under 2 weeks! I'm hesitant to spend my credit note with them after such a disastrous experience. And do I really want to wait another 3+months for an item?

I ordered a dress mid-August for an even mid-September. With the shipping policy I was confident it would be here in time no worries. Well time kept going by and I couldn’t get a shipping update on the order number. So I sent an email, mind you, they don’t take phone calls and you have to wait 2 days for an email response. And they let me know that that specific dress was on preorder and because of this it wouldn’t even ship until mid-September. Which was not advertised anywhere. No follow up to let me know “hey the dress you ordered isn’t actually available so it won’t be coming within a normal shipping window” or anything. So I spent nearly $400 on a dress that I wouldn’t even get by the time I need it, and I’m now scrambling to find a last minute replacement. I’ve wanted one of these dresses forever but have never pulled the trigger because they’re so costly. Lesson learned. I’ll steer clear of JessaKae.

I ordered a dress by mistake and wrote an e-mail as an answer to the order confirmation, like in the order confirmation suggested, to cancel it. I still got the order and had to pay taxes and shipping costs on it. I wrote again and Jessakae told me they didn't get my cancelation, even though I sent them proof that it got sent to them. They wanted me to fill out a withdrawal form, which I did, only to discover that I would have to pay the shipping fees again, so I would only get 4 € back (and the shipping costs a little bit more than when they sent it to me). Besides that, the dress arrived very crumbled and it didn't fit the measurements on their homepage, so it's too big for me.

Like everyone else, I think the return policy is a scam. The quality and sizing is so inconsistent and you’re giving a handful of days to return only for a store credit. This is a company that makes cheap fast fashion overseas, and marks the heck out of it.

My order was missing an item and had a random item instead, customer service never replied when i reached out, and one of the pants i bought had a hole in the pocket already when i bought it and i noticed trying it on, they didn’t reply to that email either.

So, like many, I have been a victim of Jessakae's predatory return system. Please understand that when you buy a dress from Jessakae, even if it doesn't fit, even if it's damaged in transit, they will not take the G*damn thing back. I'm one day within the extremely small return window (21 days from the day you ORDER, not the day they DELIVER, which is INSANE, because it means you have a random number of days to try the thing) and they rejected my return. Now the dresses are going in the trash. What a waste. Edited Mon April 13: Despite what Jessakae wrote below, they did not help me. They said they would take the dress back, butI waited to update my review, and indeed, what they said turned out to be untrue. As of today, they have mailed it back to me — they do this all the time, no explanation, no note, no nothing. Just "nah."

I ordered my Sloane Puff Sleeve Tiered Cotton Floral V-Neck Maxi Dress from Jessekea on February 9, 2026, and already by February 24, I had it in my hands here in Denmark. It fully lives up to my expectations, and I feel so beautiful wearing it. The material is great, and it is exactly as shown in the pictures.

Don’t waste your money. Bought a dress.. literally tried it on that day. It didn’t fit so I sent it back the day I received it. Got an email stating that they couldn’t accept the return due to the dress having a strong odor. False. I literally tried it on then took it to ups two hours later.
