Jersey Mike's SubsReviews of jerseymikes.com

I ordered a tuna sandwich and I got home and opened my sandwich. Not enough tuna in it a lot of salad. This is the second time this happened. I paid 14.00 dollars for a foot sandwich of tuna and it seemed like a Lettuce sandwich. I will not go here anymore.

Not a good experience! Website says "curb side pickup", but there is not curb side pick up. I had to go inside, where many people were waiting. I mentioned I was there for a online order, at first the crew acted like they didn't know anything about it. Then it was found and I was told it would be a few minutes. I had not brought a mask, expecting to pick up at the curb, so I didn't enjoy standing waiting with people coming in and out. On top of this part of the experience, When I mentioned it, the MGR. chimed in suggesting I was out of place. THEN THE CAPPER! I had an upset stomach after eating the sandwich, hummm??

I'm a single mother of 2 & we live for a great sub. We were happy to know Jersey Mike was in our area, Hartsdale, NY. We have purchased 2 subs and was extremely HAPPY!!! Since Covid-19 we had to order online and what a waste of my money!!! I was so disappointed with the sub. It was literally a few slices of turkey, and sprinkles of lettuce and maybe 4 slices of tomatoes. Mind u I purchased the GIANT size ($15.00) +tax!!!! I'm out of work and the money I spent could have been used to purchase deli meat from the supermarket. SMH.

I was a first timer at this place.a friend suggested it.well I called the store on Boone trail ext in Fayetteville NC.they had my order or which I thought was my order ready.paid for it got it home and after a long day at taking care of my mom , unwrapped my sandwich which was supposed to be a #13 Italian was a turkey with bacon that look like it had been from the trash.i would have taken it back but I live 45 mins away from this store.i won't be going back there anytime soon.after paying big money for a sandwich and not getting what you want these days is sad.my bag on the inside was marked #8 I guess after seeing that someone ordered a #8???

I'm giving two stars because the sandwiches (when made to order) are pretty good. Service on the other hand...not so much. I made a $30 order online, a very specific order. My teenager went to pick up the sandwiches and the person making sandwiches told my daughter she really didn't know how to use the online forms, so made them like they usually do. She laughed it off. My daughter didn't know the specific order, so took what she was given. We did not get what we ordered. I called the store and spoke with the supervisor on duty. She apologized and said she would keep a receipt on the wall and I could come back and they'd gladly repeat the order correctly. I asked if I needed a code or number or name and she said I didn't that she took my name, put it on the receipt and I just needed to come in to order. I went back a few weeks later. The manager accused me of making up the story, would not honor the word of the other manager and told me there was nothing she could do. I showed her the receipt and she said she didn't have anything to indicate they owed me a $30 order, and besides, the manager that was on duty then isn't employed at that store any longer. My kids enjoy their sandwiches, but after these experiences, we will not return as customers. I've let my friends, family and neighbors know of their terrible disrespect for their customers. I would think applying the "customer is always right" service rule would be an easy answer to keep a loyal customer and protect their service reputation. I suppose it is no surprise Subway often has a line out the door and Jersey Mikes stays empty.
