I went to the Goodyear location for the first time today. Since it was 100% give back to a local charity I thought why not. My order was wrong and disappointing. They didn't give me the bread that I ordered on one of the sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock on one of the ends of two sandwiches and the meat favored one side of the sandwich which left the other side bareish. They skimped on sauce and peppers and the cheese wasn't even melted. If it wasn't for the Children's hospital charity today I would of asked for my money back. I won't go back and spend $15 on a sandwich again and suggest that if you order you make sure to open it before you even leave the restaurant.

Sub was very “okay”. Kinda bland. I got the Original Italian “mike’s way”. Jimmy johns has WAY more flavor and is cheaper. The regular sized sub didn’t seem like enough food. The next step up is like twice the price and is too much food for me.

Little disappointed your web site doesn’t give different prices on your subs order two large subs one was $7.85 and the other $8.85 or something close to that went to pick them up at the new ephrata location and came to find out my total was $32 and when I got the subs home they were so soaked with oil the roll was falling apart had to eat it with a fork so much oil that’s all I tasted couldn’t taste the meat or onions or tomatoe’s I took the word of fellows co workers and friends I had to try the subs that they were amazing I wanted $$32 had to through it out could not eat it

Way to expensive and cheap cold cuts. Hardly no meat

Ordered a full sub and half sub, both Mike originals. Got one half sub, had to ask where is full sub? The Music was so loud in store, coupled with plastic shields and masks, nobody could hear. I joked I should ask someone to dance. It felt like a disco. They didn't get it. Bottom line subs were not close to ham vs. Lettuce ratio. Not likely to return.

I ordered the sandwiches online and pick up at Northlake branch. Each time they charge the staff, who make sandwiches, today the sandwiches were very tiny and not much of meat and veggies. I felt that I had been ripped off. It is very expensive, I will not order again enough to for jersey mike.

I Heard all about how great Jerseys Mike's was. Publix and Subway are way better.. The staff did not offer any toppings..too expensive.. never going back!!

When I saw the advertisement on TV I was excited about getting sandwiches from Jersey Mike's but when I got them they were about 6 in $8 and I'm sorry to say it was not worth my excitement so little one
