Having grown up in the Jersey shore every summer, I was looking forward to a Jersey shore sub. However, when I ordered the #5 The Super Sub Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo Big, bold, and zesty, the name says it all. Stacked with flavor, our Super Sub comes layered in provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I was disappointed. I read it as prosciutto not prosutiny, expecting prosciutto, looking for prosciutto and not tasting or seeing prosciutto I look back at the menu. I will just wait until I'm back at the Jersey shore to get a real pursuit to sub from Giovanni's and Sea Isle City New Jersey. Not a very good value for the dollar as the regular size sub was somewhat small, the flavor was good, but not what I expected. I added the chips and 22 oz soda for about $12.58

Soggy bread caused the sandwich to fall apart in my lap! Why is it so hard to teach your crew how to properly make a sandwich? Not worth it!

Jersey mikes aat dinosaur crossing Washington utah just made something like you might get in walmart. The roll was dry and doughy The meat was skim The oil and vinegar tasted funny He kept wanting to put lettuce on it although i told him no 2 times I’m a native of philly and south jersey This sandwich would have been thrown at the maker back there I think that we in small town southwest are taken as we don’t know what a steak or hogie is and still pay the same price as back east. I tell everyone I know here don’t buy their skimpy stuff and will continue to do so

Ripoff. 11 dollars for regular size (which is about 7/8 the size of a crappy Subway sub) roast beef sub. I didn't want it "Mike's way," so it came with a scanty amount of roast beef, a bushel of lettuce and a stale roll. The tomatoes were tasteless, probably genetically-raised garbage. I won't be going back.

Not good. My first and last time. Bread was stuffed with lettuce, onion, tomatoes. He put on two slices of paper thin cheese, turkey and ham.

I went to your Arden store at the Rutledge Commons Plaza . The store was busy for a Saturday . I placed an order for a regular Italian sub . The guy that took the order and sliced the meat was funny . I moved forward to get my toppings but the guy ( who I assumed was the manager ) walked away . My sub was just sitting there so I moved to the cashier to pre pay while waiting , she verified my sub and I paid . I looked at my sub still waiting for toppings . I waited a few more minutes and the “manager” came back with a bread tray and put it in the rack . Now he did have gloves on and I wondered if he would change them . He turned to the sink and got a paper towel and brushed off the cutting board . Now I should have asked him to change gloves but too late he touched my sub . I than just asked for lettuce Mayo and pickle . He asked if I wanted it Mike’s Way . No …just the way I asked but with a bit oil and vinegar . He then tells the nice cashier my order and she says I ring her up already . He then starts to berate her about bacon . “ what if she wanted bacon and you rung her up what do you do “ I said I did not want bacon and told her what I ordered . He ignored me and said “what if she changed her mind and wanted bacon . I felt sorry for the cashier . I asked if he could give me the sub and he was still going on about the bacon and how that it was the most expensive item in the store blah blah blah . That whole conversation was uncalled for and should have been done at a later time without me there to hear it . First the manager should have excused himself before disappearing, Second change your cloves after handling objects before touching subs ( especially when I did not see where or what you touched ) and Third show some professionalism when telling your staff that they could have done something wrong ( which she did not ) not in front of the customer. Lastly now that I know that bacon is your more “expensive “item I will be sure to never add that on to my subs . *** no name tags so I did not see the names of the staff but the “manager had a mustache and bald head “

Please take the time to teach your workers how to treat customers. To keep their egos aside and no matter how stressed and frustrated they are to not take it out on the customers. And do not tell a customer trying to express valid concerns to stop talking. At no time was I raising my voice. I was just trying to say no matter how busy you are to acknowledge your customers. My online order was ready and paid for. Stood right in front of cashier where we wait for our online orders to be completely ignored for several minutes. And one tall gentleman to yell at me and say my concerns were not valid. And to stop talking. And to leave store. And my comments and concerns were not called for. If someone ordered on line and already paid for order and their order is ready why would we not take priority over someone else whose order is not ready yet nor paid for yet? And as a regular workers should already know me and other regulars by name why would it be so hard to turn around, pick up my order and hand it to me? Would have taken two seconds. Instead I was screamed at for daring to suggest they acknowledge their customers. At least say hello to them. Again stress is no reason to treat your customers horribly. My concerns,were valid. Never should have been told to stop talking. I was speaking calmly and never should have been told to leave store. I was never out of line. Other customers in Parma Ohio store even told me he was in wrong and so was she and they were being rude to me. He caused a major scene by flying off the handle on me in front of others. All due to his ego and taking frustration out on me. And cashier claimed she could walk out door. No skin off my back if she does. That is not how someone should treat another human being. Sandwiches are great. This is why I have been a regular but they should not be allowed to treat customers that way. Corporate should wish to fix this. I have a bad back. Prolonged standing is painful for me due to disability which is why I order online so it can be ready when I come in. My comment to him was NEVER out of line. Acknowledge your customers. Say hello to them. Two seconds was all I was asking. All it would take to turn around pick up bag and hand it to me. That was all. No excuse ignoring people there for pickup. Perhaps have an area where customers can come in and pick up their orders as it is done at other places so it is not sitting behind counter. This store used to do it that way. Suggestion is valid. Thank You. This happened in Parma Ohio on Broadview Road. I was verbally berated and abused by one of the workers. Told in threatening manner to stop talking. Basically I was told to shut up. There is a ton of room for improvement here.
