I was shocked today that Jersey Mike’s store was fully staffed yet they couldn’t get to make a sandwich in 30 minutes - the Boynton Beach FL store needs a second prep station for sure. To add insult to the waiting people - the slicer person would make 3 app sandwiches then make 1 order for a person waiting. One time she made 6 sandwiches then 1 sandwich. Why not have a prep are in the back for app orders. After a 1/2 hour wait - I laughed when paying - and a 20% tip was proposed - Ha, Ha. Good sandwiches - food prep needs to be overhauled or it is back to Subway.

I visited Jersey Mikes today Avon Indian for the first time Meat was fresh, not much of it , bread was ok. Lots of lettuce a few slices of tomato , oregano, yuk and lots of oil. That made it greasy to every end. I won’t go back. I didn’t think this was a good sandwich

Olympia fields is about the slowest! I seen at least 15 people get their orders while we waited and waited! Great sandwiches but don't go if you have a appointment and just wanting a quick lunch! Dine in orders should come first

We drove a half hour for our daughters birthday lunch. First of all they had no Turkey, second the lettuce was brown. The staff was less than friendly. Both bathrooms had no soap to wash hands. What is going on here? Location: 1855 S. Pleasant Valley rd. Winchester, va

As soon as I saw Danny Devito on their ads I knew it was not the real article. Check out the way the river of vinegar is poured onto a sub! What sub shop would okay that silly element.

It was edible is all I can say that would be a good point. Very little flavor & very little meat or cheese. The sandwich was 14" supposed to feed four, but the meat and cheese didn't even go to the end of each bun, by over an inch. So if I was feeding four people, the people that got the end pieces would get bun & a little lettuce, and be very hungry still. We literally could barely see the turkey or ham. It's supposed to have three meats on it, as it's a Club Sub. The only thing I could say was the bacon was visible. It was $18 with tax, that made it a $1.29 an inch. My dinner mate's sub was the same, a carbon copy. Won't be going back. The story we ordered from was Davison, Michigan.

I ordered Jersey Mike's through Uber Eats and I ordered the Mike's Famous Philly and noticed there was no options of adding mayonnaise, lettuce and other veggies on there. My sandwich came with meat, onions and bell pepper and it was dry, also they forgot to add cheese. I had to add mayo at home. I wasted my money on this order. not sure if it's Jersey Mike's who doesn't allow those options or Uber Eats. sadly, neither of them care.

We have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s subs until our most recent order. The bread was stale and there was about a half an inch of meat on the sandwich. I don’t know if we’ll return. The order was placed at Tilghman Square in Allentown, PA.
