Jersey Mike's SubsReviews of jerseymikes.com

Ordered by phone. Ordered a number 13 Mike's way and a tuna. brought it home, there was a ham and cheese with nothing on it, one slice of ham and one slice cheese. The tuna must of been kid size. When they first opened they were good. Won't be going back.

Route 41 fort Myers Florida UNBELIEVABLY BAD!!!! I orders a regular Italian sub, I asked to add salami, which turned out to be 2 paper thin slices, also extra cheese BECAUSE the two pieces of provolone that comes with the sandwich were soooo thin I could see through them! I paid $12.00 for a sub. You should be ashamed!!! I will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid Jersey Mike’s. And I’m from Jersey! TOALL RIP OFF!!! Don’t spend your money there.... go to Publix instead... They make the BEST subs

Jerseys Mikes on Eastern ave across from Bayview hospital is the most GHETTO Jersey Mikes I ever visited First of all I was on my lunch break they took forever to wait on me then the guy that was in front of me must of been an employee he was standing holding the line up playing and joking with the workers then the white lady took all 3 of there orders and I just stood there no one never acknowledged me to busy playing finally the guys said he would be with with me that was another 5 minutes had to wait until he put bread on the grill and chopped up meat then he throw my sandwich together the bread was hard then girl made my sandwich then she sled my sandwich on the counter no covering under it. Then the cashier with the broken arm left my sandwich there no one wanted to cover my sandwich and I asked her to cover my sandwich she said she was disabled,by then I wasted 20 minutes of my break because these people playing around and being so unprofessional. Woo I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN GHETTO CITY AND BAD BUSINESS SO UNPROFESSIONAL…

New Jersey Mikes in Gateway Newark has sub standard service. Today I walked in, the waitress asked for my name. I was the only one in the store. Then she took my order. A white man entered and she stopped waiting on me, allowed him to purchase cookies and a drink before me, then proceeded to go to the back. I walked out of the store. Two weeks ago I walked in, they were crowded. It appears they need new management. No one seems to know where they should be or who should be waiting on customers, who should be on the grill, who should actually make the sandwiches. The service is poor. I would like to see better management of service. Who is taking orders, who will make sandwiches, who is on the grill. I walk in and the employees are looking around bewildered. And employees look for quick turnaround on orders.

Reminds me of the old Wendy’s commercial “Where’s the Beef”. My question is where’s the meat. Been to 3 different locations. Skimpy sandwich, small in size and terribly overpriced. A huge disappointment and a bigger Rip Off.

OMG, where do I begin? Ok, SOGGY! Jersey Mikes ad's focus on their "Red wine vinegar" drip. In all of my 58 years I have never seen or heard any fast food place rave about anything less minor, especially since the last thing I'd put on a sandwich is basically Water! So, the rest is simple; this is "Subway" with a different name, & I cannot for the life of me think of any better way to describe their "Long Hot Dog bun" sandwiches. I truly believe all of the disappearing Subway stores simply changed their name & tweaked their menu, & not for the better. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I'm from New Jersey and i never heard of Jersey mikes. Place sucks anyway, don't waste your money.

I went to Jersey Mikes today ( my 3rd time there ) The guy taking my order asked if I would like fried onions & green peppers on my cheese steak sub, and I sed yes, that sounds good. Well....there were no onions or peppers on my cheese steak sub 😕😕 Dont think I'll be going back .
